Iāve been going here for years just minor stuff / oil changes but the last 3/4 times Iāve had problems they charge me for coolant when I really didnāt need coolant yeah thatās only $12 but I just had it serviced at the dealership right before that and I couldnāt remember when I checked my receipts I had to work done so thereās no way to leak any coolant didnāt check before I brought it there so I couldnāt say if they were lying or not but itās not leaking now also had AC problem and they wanted to change my whole system turned out. It was just a condenser and it was covered under the manufactured warranty. They didnāt let me know that the last thing that happened. I had an oil change on a f 250 diesel. Super duty takes a lot of oil didnāt drive the truck very much about three months later it broke down and through a code limp mode only drives 10 miles an hour well I didnāt have the money to go get it fixed so itās sat there just recently found out the code means thereās too much oil in the motor, drained it today. I had 4 quarts at least too much in my motor. Unbelievable cleared codes. Itās running now. I donāt think Iām gonna get reimbursed because the truck sat in my driveway because I didnāt have the money to go somewhere almost a year. This is a result of their poor workmanship donāt go here
Update 12/30/2025
I told my son who now owns the doge ram 2011 that yall work on to fix the headlights which are not working on one side of the truck. He went there to see if they could fix the lights that he shouldnāt be having any problems with because they were brand new replacements that yāall charged to install and he was threatened by the mechanics on duty (man I will kill you because you are missing with my money) in front of other customers my son in fear of his life left. The mechanic also told my son he knows where he lives Iām trying to get him to file a police report. What kind of business is this when you get terrible service and your life threatened
Ps nobody ever reached out to me from the previous email and complaint and I am the one that filed it not my so he had nothing to do with that transaction I donāt even live at that address and he now is worried that this guy might show up and do something to him or his property

Just went to get a brake tag and the man we spoke to identified himself as the store manager then proceeded to say āyou want a brake tag on THIS?!ā And laughed. Itās one thing to not be able to give someone a brake tag because of the condition and age of their car, itās another to LAUGH at a potential customer AFTER you identify yourself as the manager of the business. Extremely EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. Only thing wrong with my vehicle is a missing bumper. Some of us donāt have the means to buy a brand new vehicle and he made it clear he thought it was funny. I will be telling everyone I know not to go to this location for any service whatsoever unless they want to be laughed at or belittled.

BEWARE BEWARE.... I had over $1000 of work done and was required to pay a deposit ($109.20) that was supposed to be credited to my bill for part & labor but it never was. When i went back to get my refund. Keith (he said he was the store manager) asked me if i wanted a store credit... I said no, I want my money... he lied about giving me my deposit back and refused...smh And I WAS a good customer. The fraud on his part is not worth $100 or a lost of customer. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
Further- he need to stop begging every customer to post a good review and include his name. It feels forced and uncomfortable!!!
UPDATE- 2MONTHS LATER. I CALLED, LEFT MESSAGES, EMAILED & ETC AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM BACK FROM SPEEDEE. VERY BAD BUSINESS

I was a long time customer of this Speedee Midas. They treated me and my husband right for about 8 years. I used to rave about them to friends and family about how awesome they were. That is until
2 months ago. My husband had his Jeep Commander towed there on 8/12/24. They called later that day saying he needed about $1400 worth of work done. He agreed because he wanted to get it up and running. When he went to pick it up and pay⦠they casually said āYou need a new engine.ā Why not tell us that BEFORE doing all that work?? His car was still having the same problem it had when we had it towed there!! It killed on him like 6 times on the way home. Needless to say we had to sell the Jeep and get him a new vehicle. We didnāt even make a fraction of the money back selling his jeep. Two months later and I am still very upset about this. They truly used to be my favorite shop and they did us dirty! Itās like a bad breakup that you still keep thinking about.

Took 45 minutes and I was the only customer. I had put in a new cabin filter one month prior and they showed me an old dirty cabin filter that wasn't mine. I was told 79.99 price up front and charged 101.00 when I asked the manager called me cheap. Total garbage place with worse service. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
And they told me I had a bad battery and just had it replaced
