They double billed me, I spent over an hour on hold to try to get it corrected before I just hung up, and the nurse practitioner there was an absolute moron.

Went to this location for services today, I was feeling extremely bad and needed immediate assistance. I was told that there were appointments and no one could see me. There were absolutely no patients in the lobby or in the rooms. If walk-ins are not able to utilize this service, it should not be advertised. If healthcare professionals decide at some point in the day that they do not want to service the community, close the center and put it in a location that can utilize the support! All workers were in the office with the door closed!

Unfortunately, my experience with a particular nurse at this clinic was less than satisfactory. It felt as though she lacked the necessary patience and empathy to effectively understand my concerns. Despite providing her with a detailed form, she did not take the necessary time to thoroughly read it properly. I also didn’t know that this clinic does not take any insurance because according to her they only take cash payments. Had the communication been better, I would have had the opportunity to clarify that I recently obtained a new insurance and wanted to see if they possibly cover it but instead I just left and went somewhere else who took me as a walk in.

Waited 5 hours for an appointment only to find out they don't take blue cross blue shield insurance anymore. Uploaded pictures of my card when I made the appointment.

Don't go to this minute clinic April Jacobs is very judgemental. My girlfriend was shamed for traveling too much all because she only wanted a refill on her meds. Yes we fill time RV instead quarantining at home constantly but that's nothing to shame someone for. It's not like we were in there asking for pain meds. Very unprofessional.

They’re taking appointments due to covid. It was a quick and easy way to get my tb test for school. Everyone was very nice, and it was super quick and easy. Definitely recommend looking more into their services and utilizing them.

The practitioner Kelli Morrell was excellent! One of the most thorough doctor visits I've ever had. She wanted to make sure she knew all the exact details of my illness and shows she genuinely cares and wants the best for her patients. Would definitely go back and recommend!

When I originally signed in I was signed in with a 45 minute wait which is fine. My 45minute wait turned into a 3 HOUR WAIT; one and a half hours of which she was on her lunch break. When she finally saw me she said nothing was really wrong with me and I should just take some mucinex (without her help and just taking over the counter medicine I got better in 2 weeks). Icing on the cake I just received a bill for $90 for this visit. NEVER AGAIN

What a great experience. I used the hold my place in line feature and was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival at the store. The NP was sure to check on everyone waiting and keep them updated about wait times. NP was very knowledgeable, wrote out a clear treatment plan for me, and even accompanied me into the store to make sure I got all the right over the counter medications. Pharmacy staff filling my prescription were friendly and had it filled within 5 min. All this on New Year's Eve! Fantastic experience at this minute clinic and pharmacy and feeling better already.

Update on the 1 star. A year later, still 1 star. The pharmacist cannot count meds. She dispensed a controlled substance miscounted, leaving us with only 30 of the 60. That was last year. After moving to cvs in target, all problems ceased. I went today to buy some Sudafed, I asked for 12 hour and they gave me the wrong kind... I go back before leaving the parking lot. My response from this VERY rude woman is "you should have looked at the package before you bought it". Ok, so it can't be returned, got it, but that's not the way you respond. She should have been terminated after miscounting the meds, but nope, still being a B to customers. The poor woman in front of me was picking up meds and she yelled "so this is your birth control?!". You should not be yelling out their meds. The poor girl was mortified. There are privacy laws she doesn't care to take into account. Ms. Aries should really find another career, cause she sucks at being a pharmacist.

This place took an hour each for 1 person. This is ridiculous. Shouldn't have to take this long. Girl in their is probably asking everyone their life story and then some. Never coming back.

Took an hour a person. This is ridiculous. Literally had to wait on 2 PEOPLE and it's been 2 hours and 40 minutes. Never coming back to this dump.

I recently visited this minute clinic for the first time, and I have to tell you how pleasantly surprised I was. My expectations were low, but my finances didn't give me a lot of other options for immediate treatment. I am happy to say I got everything I needed at this clinic and was blown away by the affordable, thorough, and speedy service. Sign in was very simply done at a kiosk in the store, and I was being seen by the NP (Anna Mott) within 15 minutes at the most. The NP was very personable and immediately put me at ease. I was diagnosed right away and my prescriptions were immediately sent to the in-store pharmacy. All in all, it only took 45 minutes from when I walked in the CVS until I walked back out, prescriptions in hand.
