I've been going to Office Depots for over 20 years and there is some major leadership problems at this location. I've never came across so many employees with zero interest in helping customers. Lesson learned, avoiding this location.

Just left this Office Depot that I have been to many of times to print professional photos of me and my family like I always have for years. And the lady tells me that she can’t print them. Something because they are professional. First off If the photographer released the photos to be must mean I paid for them which make Ms them mine. Secondly my face in on the photo without and water marks. Stupid business very dumb.

The Photo/print worker didn’t want to help at all… she quickly sent me to the print yourself area and gave me no options to what I needed printed… then when I used the machine and the print didn’t come right she told me I would have to resize the document on my own computer. I knew that wasn’t right I got to Office Depot all the time and they help me with everything on the spot.. I went to another location that i normally go to and got the print I needed within 5 min.

The print center will not print anything that could potentially have a copyright, even if you show proof that you purchased the rights to use it. The person that runs the print area is slow and brash and lets the line build up around the block. Employees openly complain about scheduling, lunch breaks, software issues, and other behind the scenes stuff. There was one helpful and friendly dude working there who seemed to be running circles around everyone else.

Horrible service in the print department. I’m never coming back here going to give my business to FedEx or UPS print and shipping stores

I was very satisfied with my printing project. Nyla assisted me. She was also very patient with us. You don't see great customer service these days. She is definitely an asset to Office Depot.

I have never failed to get the service desk service that I needed. I’m older and not very good with electronics and the staff is always very patient and helpful to me. I do feel there could be an additional helpful personnel person at the service desk because service is often slow.

Terrible customer service on a print order.I ordered a poster, got a confirmation that it would be printed that day since it was before 2PM. I never got a confirmation but went to the store to get the print and was told that my order didn’t come in until after 2PM (I ordered at 1:10) so I had to come back the next day.When I came back to pick up the poster the colors were way off from what it needed to be. They even printed a receipt with the proof and could easily tell it was off. The print attendant just offered a refund because their printer was “broken”. She said my refund would be processed that night. Now it’s 5 days later and I haven’t received a refund. I’ve been on the phone on hold for 10 minutes trying to get this sorted out.I’ll never shop at this store again!
