I came to them with a mold infested car, unfortunately because I had an unsealed window letting rainwater in. They ripped out and disinfected all the ant infested and moldy bits and had it all replaced and cleaned for a fraction of the price other places have me. Now my car looks and smells brand new on the inside and I couldn't be happier. I definitely plan on returning when I want it detailed again!

On The Spot was A+. My nissan rogue was pretty gross and they really made her shine inside and out. Scheduling was a breeze and the prices are reasonable. Definitely will be going back!

Efficient, thorough, fair and courteous! They have my highest recommendation. The young men hired to work here are hard working and dependable. Mr. Davis runs a great business and I commend him for their excellent customer service. I moved here from Los Angleles and feel blessed to find a business I can trust. It means a lot to me when there are so many choices who to give my money to. Now I have to find a decent doctor and dentist.

Best auto detail work in New Orleans...heck, probably all of Louisiana. Only place I take my vehicle when it needs to look "showroom" ready. Tyrone and his team do truly exceptional work.

We had an early 00s compact car done here that desperately needed a deep cleaning, so we had an exterior wash and interior vacuum and shampooing. We did not have the headliner or trunk cleaned nor was the car waxed. We waited in their office and on the porch of the office while they worked, luckily there was only one car ahead of us so we were done in a little over an hour. All the work is done in the parking lot of the business and under a small carport cover. The guys are very methodical and meticulous, they work silently and seem to have clear task roles. They did a miracle on the interior, especially nasty seats, and the car looked as new as possible when they were done. They use a leaf blower to dry the car exteriors, they could've pointed it inside because the seats and floor were wet on our ride home, which is really my only complaint. This was the ideal service for our needs, as we didn't want to go to an automated wash place and we needed so many products to do the interior ourselves that it was cheaper to go with this service. We'll be back and already recommended this place to friends.Services: Full body wash

I researched several car wash businesses before deciding to go with On the Spot. I called the day before and spoke with the owner, Tyrone, who was very professional. He was able to give me the 1st appointment the very next day. I just got the normal deluxe wash but felt like my 2014 Kia Soul looked brand new. They did a fantastic job, as it was very dirty and hadn't been washed in probably 8 months. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I definitely recommend Tyrone and On the Spot and will return for my next car wash.

The people here are amazing! I bought a used car from thr dealership and they didn't clean it or anything. I came here and got a full service detail, they washed and steam cleaned the inside of my car. They even got scratches off of my car...it was amazing! I called On the Spot Auto to see if they had any availability for a wash/wax and Tyrone told me they could take me in less than an hour. I arrived a little bit early, but they took me right away and had my car done very quickly! They did an amazing job and I thought it was reasonably priced. I will be back next time I need any additional detailing work done.

I appreciate their extreme attention to detail! I just finished moving plants that spilled all over the back seat and trunk, had some weird gunk from spilled coffee and hadn't had a good wash/wax in a bit. When I came back they had 4 different employees do a spot check to make sure it was perfect. Looks brand new! Took about 3 hours for the gold detail package, which I didn't mind at all, just a heads up!! I didn't plan for it, and had to take a little walk to the panera around the corner to wait it out, hah.
