I love coming to the dealership to get my maintenance work done on my car. Aaron is very friendly and helpful. He explains things to me very well and makes me understand the reasons.

The worst service ever . I have not had my car for 5 days and no loaner car was offer. Car is still under warrenty. Car was brought in twice in one week for an issue they calim was not there. Now I'm stuck without a car until the car is fixed after 5 days. I will never purchase another Nissan .

Carlos was amazing! He was the only dealer to hop up when I walked up and he treated my girl and I like royalty as we searched through options. If you go here definitely ask for Carlos Carter!

I often ask, what happened to customer service. Now I know, Premier Nissan hired her, Janna Patterson. This young lady is the epitome of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Her professionalism was only surpassed by her outstanding service attitude. KUDOS to the Genius that hired this jewel. I also want to mention Herman Peters who was observed by me planting smiles and pleasantries to everyone.

Buying a car here was a great experience. Everyone was friendly. I received a very thorough walk-through of my new car that I had not experienced anywhere else. Go see Mitch Comeaux! The facility was clean and comfortable.I would recommend Premier Nissan to anyone.

If you are going to buy from this dealership, I ONLY recommend Pierre Mathieu. No one else at this dealership will call you back or try to help. We had been trying to reach anyone at the dealership for weeks with no help, return calls or anything. When I finally found Pierre's contact information he is the ONLY ONE that called back and handled the situation the SAME DAY. I feel bad that he has to carry the weight of the dealership on his back but thankful we were able to have him to handle the situation.

They waited 4 hours just to tell me that my 1/2 tires was gonna be 275$. I’ve been waiting 5 hours so far just to get one new tire, a patch in the other tire and an oil change! Nobody informed me of the waiting time , I asked for an update on my car at the 3 hour mark, the girl in services claims that she forgot to ask for the man . On top of that I have a 2023 Sentra that is giving me problem with my blue tooth having a scraping sound , my whole dash board with my miles went out on me at night while driving and came back up. Do not purchase a car from this dealership!!!!!! At all , the service and car quality is terrible !!!! I shouldn’t be here or have to leave my car for 2-3 days while paying 520 $ a month just to get a diagnostic because the car is brand new with issues and on top of that they don’t have any loner vehicles while they run the diagnostic!! I’m done here

I would not recommend anyone go here. Made the mistake of bringing my car here a second time.( only because New Orleans doesn't have a better Nissan shop) Horrible, lazy, unprofessional staff. Brought my car in on a Thursday for a service check and didn't even receive a call when it was completed. I had to call and check in on it. Then we get to the payment process, I'm told a certain price because of my extended warranty and have to fight for that original price I was guaranteed before I approved the services online. Do yourself a favor and go to a local mom and pop shop.

I went to test drive and made myself clear to several Nissan employees. The salesman, Will, and the finance guy ignored me and confused me even after I expressed myself that I just wanted a test drive. I returned the next day, but they would not budge. I feel they could have and should have worked with me. I feel bamboozled and disrespected. I understand that after I left, Will boasted about the sale. DISGUSTING! I will not return to this dealership, or recommend them for sales ever. If you read this and still decide to deal with Premiere Nissan, Mike Posey is the only person I'd consider working with.

I would have appreciated if the service department called me ahead of time for yesterday's appointment that I made on their website weeks ago to tell me they don't work on old cars. I have two Nissans,2020 and 2002. The 2002 I told the service tech that I felt the ECM might need replacing. The 2002 was bought new and has 87k . It still drives and looks fine. The least they could have done was put it on their diagnostic machine so we would know what we are dealing with even if they didn't want to fix it. The original dealer out of state who I called yesterday to get the correct part number for a ECM said they still have this part in stock and couldn't understand why your dealership wouldn't work on it. Our next new vehicle will be purchased elsewhere with a different manufacturer.

Excellent service, put me in the car I was looking for at the price that worked for me! Definitely recommend working with Ray "Apache" Duvernay Bey, he took care of everything and I left with an awesome vehicle! I am a repeat customer and will continue to be!

My Service Advisor " Earl" was very courteous and was able to answer my questions. He kept me updated as to the status of the service and exactly what parts needed changing and which were still in good condition. My vehicle was ready and washed, sooner than I anticipated. I'm pleased with the service I received at Premier Nissan.

Stopped by today, to have my tires checked., just purchased last week. All were way different as far as air pressure. Was greeted by Aaron on the service isle, showed him the issue, he said he would take care of it right away. Boy was I surprised, he took my vehicle away and returned about 15 minutes later with all tires with same correct pressure. Thanks, Aaron you made our day

Let me open by saying this. I've purchased 2 cars from here prior. Today I accompanied my cousin who had a first time car buy or lease. We looked at several others that day ( Toyota and Honda) ended up here on our way home. She had a number she needed for a lease. The amount of sales people that were in the transaction were ridiculous. I think the middle guy " Charlie Brown"!was numbers. When I tell you a car dealership experience, it was everything sleezy that people don't like. Ex: they didn't have any "rebates or any room to negotiate a lease because the dealer took them away" bull, I've done this before. At any rate the deal came down to putting 2 grand or 3 grand down to get her payment correct. We came up a grand, they wouldn't budge on the payment, it was a 26 dollar difference, 26 bucks!!! ( I k ow it equals a thousand in finance) they wouldn't budge. Let us walk out. Another guy stopped ours outside " EZ" made us come back in. Talked us a model down got her payment exactly we're she said and deal was done. That simple. Apparently the car had just showed up. All this to say, this is my 3rd interaction with this dealership 2 of my personal ones and this one for my cousin that I won't be back. Buying a car shouldn't feel this way. It shouldn't be exhausting, it shouldn't feel sleezy and you shouldn't leave feeling almost taken advantage of. Our salesman Mike P was very nice along with EZ and there was another guy involved who helped bridge the gap. But " Charlie Brown" to me wasn't it. I asked him to go back and present our offer and was told he would get laughed out, over 26 bucks. Wild. Again, buying a car shouldn't feel sleezy and IMO this dealership makes it that way. The finance manager was very helpful as well as was mike and EZ and I think Raymond fine. Other person no. I get it everything's high these days, but do better to make it happen. Experiences shouldn't be this dirty. Again, as a buyer of 2 products from him and 1 from a Infiniti that I currently have because I didn't enjoy my Nissan experience there, and this one reminded me of that. Do better. Do better. On the dealer incentives and rebates I find it very hard to believe the dealer took them away on a marked up sticker again. Come on. It's wild but people aren't ignorant.

I brought my Rogue in for a recall. I was greeted promptly and invited to wait in the waiting room. The waiting room was spotless and offered fresh brewed coffee from a machine on demand. There was a vending machine and also free muffins and other snacks. The work was completed quickly and my car was washed, a pleasant surprise. I will definitely use Premier Nissan of Metairie again.
