This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with if you call them they keep you on hold for hours then answer to the phone and put you on hold again then transfer you to some one else this is the worst customer service evey

I closed an account with them at a business I no longer own 5 years ago and they call me every day to tell me that the alarm is not sending them a signal. I’ve called ADT offices, my old rep, and used their chat a dozen times. They won’t stop.

I had an interview for a sales position, and they wanted me to go knock on peoples doors at 8:00 at night, and basically back them into a corner, and scare them into getting their service. That was the second bad experience we’ve had with this company. The second time, was when my grandmother was looking at different companies, and she told the woman with ADT that she was going with a different company, and she copped an attitude with her. I wouldn’t go with this company either.

Terrible, no customer support, won’t fix broken cameras, it’s been a year since IDA. And lock you into a 3 year deal with no escape from their awful awful product. Never never get ADT.

They will make you stay on hold for hours and cannot cancel online. 3 hours on the phone they just laugh and put me me on hold, but didn’t actually put on hold- they were laughing wickedly about making us wait on purpose. They got back on the phone and asked “how can I help you?” I explained, well the camera system quit working 3 months ago, and it’s hour long calls to get a tech out. They said hold please. Back to not putting the phone on mute, this time they were talking about Craigslist dating. What the freak is wrong with this man.

Terrible service, tried to cancel our services for a few months and everytime we call they hang up the phone. They never can find the account to cancel but somehow they manage to charge it. Terrible customer service and even worst company

Horrible horrible horrible company. No shows on my installation day. And they weren’t able to give me a reason. Don’t use this company. So many better security companies out there. Horrible customer service.

Vultures and deceitful. Services are sub par for what you pay. We moved before contract term and have to pay balance of months remaining, or transfer to your new location. They don't care if it's a van down by the river. You'd be better off spending $700 initial startup with Simply Safe or Ring, own your equipment and no contract. Alarm service is low tech for the money they charge. Very expensive. Never Ever again will we consider ADT.

System goes down and I am told someone will be out to fix it 10 days later. Unacceptable! That was in August 2020. System out again. Called on 11/19, told someone would be out on 11/21 between 8am and noon. They don't show and when I call, they say a time was never set for today (although, they acknowledge that I called to say my system was down on 11/19) so they ask, \\\"would you like to make an appointment?\\\" Next appointment is for 11/27. Worthless waste of money on this company that says they're there for you 24/7/365!

The absolutely worse customer service you could have. Down right horrible. All they want to do is sell you on fear. They tell you one thing on the phone. The technician tells you another when he gets there. Then the people in the office when you complain tell you something totally different from the first two people. They tried to sell us a $4,000 alarm system AFTER the said we were getting $2,000 in equipment free. So this system is $6,000 LOL LOL. They only went to take your money period. It is literally like buying a used car. Save yourself. Don't make the mistake and call them.

The personnel with whom I spoke on the phone were very helpful, which I appreciated. And, the gentleman installer was gracious, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. A good teacher as well to point out the steps for the user.

The ADT protect your home alarm system has given me peace of mind when away and also sleeping at night. I feel better and I sleep better knowing that if my home is breached, I will be alerted, and help is on the way. . Peace of Mind..

I don't like that you guys try to install before discussing product offerings/pricing, and I also don't like that all the window/door shocks and motion detector are as big & obvious as they are -- wish they were smaller and more discreet. Additionally, I was quite disappointed that we could not utilize the existing (ancient) system that we had (I wanted the wall mounts covered up). Tech was great as he was extremely knowledgeable, pointing out additional areas that made us more vulnerable to a break-in. Overall, we are very happy with our new install.

Honest technician who detailed all of his work, answered all of my questions, and took the time to do a quality job. He was also knowledgeable about competitors to point out their strengths and weaknesses. In the end we decided to make a 3 year commitment to ADT. . Thorough and high level service.
