Terrible!!! Arrived at 7:30am opening for blood tests. Woman in long dreads came to open the door with a major attitude and disgust that sometime actually came in at opening. She threw the door open and turned away without any greeting, no eye contact, not a word. Not having someone stick me that hates her job, I walked out. Wow what a loser.

This place used to be excellent. Lab tech used a large gauge needle to draw blood causing bruising and tendon, nerve damage. Very painful. When I asked her why she didn't use a smaller needle she said it makes the blood clot. Never had that experience before.

Employees there do not seem to care how long someone waits, as long as they get to continue their loud conversations & laughter in the back. Very unprofessional people working there. Also, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone in the phone to ask questions. Not everyone wants to sit at their computer all day leaving emails to people when a 60 second phone call would do. Super frustrating & I won’t be rushing to use Quest anytime soon.

Very poor experience. Location takes walk-ins and closes at 4pm. Walked in at 3:45 to lights off. Thought it was strange. Logged into computer, scanned license and the woman turned the computer off on me and said their lab was closed and they were ready to leave that I should have made an appt. I said your sign says you take walk ins on the DOOR! No wonder several of the locations have closed by me. The tech could not even give me another location in the area. I had to call the 800# and go across town in traffic but I made sure to do so in their lobby that took at least 10 mins. Would have been quicker to draw my vial. I have always gone to Quest. Never again. Only Labcorp from here on out. Poor poor poor customer srvc.

Fast service, thought it was good quality, nice enough. I have never been so bruised from a draw: I went last Monday (today is Wednesday) and I still have a sore bruise where I was stuck.

I went in and even checked in at 4:43At 4:45 some guy came busting out the door turned off the lights and told me we are closed. Go find another location. Pathetic

Terrence the lab tech here is awesome, he’s so helpful when there are issues with orders, very professional and helpful staff overall, and a caring environment which is key when you’re coming in afraid about health stuff and needles blood etc. highly recommend over the Labcorp uptown. Make an appointment often you can make an appointment the same day online at quest, otherwise wait time might be long unless you come in very early. Don’t have your orders faxed in, they’ll never get received, either have your doctor upload them to quest electronically or bring in a paper copied signed by doctor or with a quest bar code.

A little hard to see, but they are on the second floor in suite 2A210 underneath the "Denistry" sign. Had a little hiccup with my doctor putting my order in the system, but it was quickly resolved and the staff were very professional and helpful. I would use them again.

Hard to find. Could not see signage. Does anyone ever answer the phone? Have they ever tried to schedule an online appointment by using their own app??? I tried numerous times and gave up. I will tell my doctor about this poor experience and find another company. I also emailed Quest. No response yet. As I said, I’ll find another company to test my blood.

A little hard to find due to small signage that's only on the door/window as opposed to the big signs that other businesses in this shopping center have, but once inside, I had a GREAT experience! I didn't have an appointment but was seen within less than 5 minutes since I walked in the door. And Terrence was my "vampire"...super friendly, helped put me at ease, and couldn't have been more personable! (So much so that I'm posting a review despite being someone who doesn't do so often! :))

The staff here is fast, friendly, and a gentle stick for blood draws. It's hard to find the suite the first time, but it's on the second floor directly underneath the giant Dentristry sign, next to the EJGH office.

Garbage phone system. CANNOT talk to a person to make sure your opders are there or for any other reason! Cheaper than hospital but horrible customer service!

The staff here were very friendly and fast! They made me comfortable and were great at drawing blood. I couldn't even feel the needle go in! I'd recommend using this location and stay far away from the one inside Touro hospital.
