There were roaches crawling everywhere in the room they gave us. They offered another room on the same floor down the hall and that room also had roaches crawling everywhere. When I say everywhere, I mean everywhere! The bed, desk, and floor! Disgusting! We booked for 5 days and only got our money back for 4 days. We were only there for 5 hours max and they didn't want to give our money back for staying in 2 roach infested rooms! This was the 3rd floor. The rooms also smelled like mildew.

We loved our stay here! The room was cozy, very clean, and accommodating. Dee and Tereca were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back.

Paint peeling off the walls. Prostitutes in the parking lot. Lots of drug activity. My son didn’t feel safe so only stayed one night and transferred to a different property.

Great location. Beautiful inside and outside. Lots of duplicate art tho. Staff a bit slow and not in a rush to help but super kind and made great eating suggestions. The room had an awesome welcome packet with all tourists information which we used . Pool closes way too early so we never got to swim but it looked nice.

The lady at the counter was to busy playing with the money in the register, she told me she will be with me in a minute. 10 minutes later before I could check in. There is a 100 dollar deposit required, on a nonrefundable room that is paid for. The room was nothing like the picture. The electrical outlets were very loose a fire hazard...

this hotel is full of new Orleans historical art & pictures. The pool can get a little cloudy due to rain... But the community coffee in the lobby makes up for it.

Giving this place a 2 star only because of the staff. We arrived around 12am after being on the road for 16 hours with a newborn. We were super tired and couldn't wait to get in our room and sleep. Soon as we got to the room there were locks on the mattress protectors red flag right there. The hotel smelled of some kind of musty mold, the toilet moved when you sat down on it and the ac was falling out of the wall and the shower was painted. Being we couldn't check the mattress we checked the beds the best we could and all we did was flip over a pillow and seen a bug. Being how tired I was I swore it was a bed bug. We quickly packed out things and got our baby out of there asap. The staff said it was a spider and I insisted it was a bed bug and we were not staying there. I booked the hotel on trivago as non refundable. We checked out and drove another hour to a family members house and stayed there instead. Staff were very understanding of our situation and the manager talked with trivago and gave us a full refund. We picked the location as it was close to the majority of the family we were coming to visit with. I recommend the holiday inn across the street as we stayed there the year before and was super clean and comfortable.

I was charged a pet fee of $100 after checking in from Houston, TX. There is anything stating “No Pets Allowed”. I was harassed and talk to crazy by security and the front desk associate.
I feel as though a refund should be provided because it is not listed on Booking.com about no pets and I was an out of towner. I had no place to take my 4 week old puppy. Leaving him in a hot car was not an option.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed.. It was clean. Super cold AC, plenty of parking and location was perfect. Loved eveything about this hotel. Only thing is i wish we had gotten a room closer to the elevator.
