This bank has the worst customer service. I went a few days ago. Stood in the teller line. No one greeted or acknowledged me waiting. So I left there's too many other banks who would like business . I really don't know how they stay in business.

I have always had excellent customer service at this branch from everyone. When I have had banking issues arise the branch manager has gone above and beyond to get them quickly resolved. It's conveniently located very close to home and my work location.

Just had the best experience with the best branch team leader, Trena! She helped my boyfriend and I out with our account and helped us set up the regions bank app! Comforting, lovely, and hilarious! Thanks again Trena!
