Walked in on a rainy day just kinda getting a feel for what I wanted and what was available. Anthony was super informative and helpful. I asked him a few some what unorthodox questions and he was able to answer all of them clearly. He made sure I knew what options were available to me and shot me straight with everything. I ended up not only making a purchase on the spot but spending about double what my original budget was.

After a week of sleeping on the P5 my wife is in serious pain and had to get prescribed pain medicine. The bed feels like a glorified air mattress. We are now having to pay $500 to return it which was a shock. Seeing it caused physical pain the return fee is an insult. I cannot seem to find where it says you will be charged $500 on the return policy, I offered to drop it off to lessen the blow and was told you can’t.

I really liked shopping for and purchasing a sleep number bed. Our sales person was very informative and helped us choose the correct bed for our situation. I certainly recommend.

We recently tried out a sleep number bed. Worst experience ever, don't fall for their 100 day "trial", by the time they charged us a $250 "delivery" fee each way we might as well kept the horrible bed and sold it. The bed itself wasn't for us, that's okay, but the horrible customer service is why we will never buy another. We called to explain the back pain we were having during the trial period and were offered the return(we were never asked if we wanted another mattress to try- even for another price, but that's okay their loss on a sale). We spent awhile on the phone with a nice man for the return but as nice as he was he forgot to mention it was an additional $250 for the pickup and he forgot to send the return receipt that would show that. So we were shocked at the fee on our final statement and we called to ask about it. We got one of their "case manager specialists" who was the rudest, nastiest, most unprofessional customer service representative, definitely not what you expect from a large name company like sleep number. I asked her for a copy of my paperwork that shows the return fee, she argued to just read their policy, to which I said your policy states "their May be a fee". She ultimately said it's our problem we didn't read the policy and hung up on us!! I called back and got the exact opposite, a nice man who within two minutes was able to send me a copy of my return receipt which hadn't auto generated at the time of return for some reason. We did file a complaint for the first case manager but sleep number do better you shouldn't be tricking your customers into fees and in what world is $500 worth of delivery fees even reasonable to you all. Disgusting, won't use them again. The only reason you all don't just say during return "hey it's going to cost XX amount is because you're shady and know $500 for an "in home trial" is insane. Rip off!!!

Everything was perfect.Mr. Mario and Mr. Anthony (I believe that was his name) made sure any questions I had were fully answered. Even a few questions I didn’t think of yet. Nothing was ever “pushy” and the environment was very relaxed.The delivery team, lead by J.J., was awesome as well. I received a call in the morning letting me know a more accurate time window, and another call letting me know they were on their way. They showed up at the beginning of the time slot so there was no wait! Everything was setup and ready to go within an hour. Both gentlemen were very helpful and incredibly professional.I would absolutely recommend this location if you’re looking for a Sleep Number. They took care of me from the time I walked in until the time the delivery was completed.

Paid for king and the best. I will try to get out of the bed and the side had dropped. The warranty is horrible , they was charging me about $300.00 just to put scrap on my $9000.00 + bed to hold it together. I wish I would made a wiser choice. I will never purchase anything from this company again. For this price the warranty is not good enough. After the first year you pay a large portion of any repairs.

Waiting for the next big sale. I visited the Metairie store on several on occasions. The team supporting the store were absolutely fantastic in helping me make a final choice on what bed was the best fit for me and my wife. Very positive experience and overwhelming satisfied. Considering the amount the bed retails for.

We went to the store on Veterans Blvd in Metairie, LA. Cannot speak highly enough about Anthony. He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and made our entire experience very easy and enjoyable. The delivery waiting period is about 5 weeks, but that's just the state of the world right now.

My husband and I first purchased a sleep number bed 16 years ago. We were ready for our next bed and visited the Metairie store on Memorial Day. Wendy was a fantastic and patient sales associate. There was no pressure, just a willingness to listen to what we wanted and what would provide a restful sleep experience. We are anxiously awaiting our new sleep number!

We purchased a Sleep Number bed at the Metairie location because we heard that they were one of the best mattresses.To my surprise they trick you. If you purchase a bed from them be prepared not to get refunded for the base which is usually the most expensive item. They will only refund the mattress. The manager at the store was our sale person and did not tell us that we could not return the base. When I called the manager and asked for corporate information he said he didn’t have the number or I should call customer service. Really!! this is the manager of the store. I have never heard of such. Please think twice before purchasing a mattress from them and READ the fine print before you sign the contract. These mattress are very expensive .
