I'm a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 20 years! But this is the worst location not in just Louisiana but possibly the United States! They are the worst managed and worst customer service store I have ever entered every time I try and think they might be better they are still the worst!

Austin is an excellent customer service representative. He was informative, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I was nervous about working with T-Mobile but the service that Austin provided left me feeling confident and excited about our plan with T-Mobile. Will absolutely be coming back again!

I experienced an issue with my sim card on my upgraded device and spent hours on the phone with T-Mobile representatives and technical support who were unable to resolve my issue. Olivier at this T-Mobile location on Veterans fixed my sim card in no time today. I recommend both this location and Olivier for T-Mobile needs.

MY FAMILY HAS A FAMILY PLAN THRU TEEN MOBILE WHERE WE WERE CHARGED FOR 4 EXTRA LINES NEER USED OR ACTIVATED FOR SERVRAL MONTHS RESULTING IN APROX 300$ MORE THAN WE SHOULD HAVE PAID TEEN MOBILE REFUSES TO REEMBURSE!!! I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR YEARS AND ITS VERY POOR BUSINESS. SALVADOR JUNDA

Too much hassle and run around when you need something simple as a screen fix not enough in-store work not many varieties on stock in-store always have to order and wait a week or two for something

Blaring ethnic music. No check in procedure. Person came out after 20 minutes and took the people that just walked in. I pointed out that I was next and was literally ignored. I left, changed to Verizon.

Nothing but horrible attitudes and sarcasm here. Zuri was talking to me in circles and contradicting what she was saying. She definitely had a problem with providing me any kind of service. Because she was obviously racist. I told her "okay" and left. No way I would give her any of my information.

Great service... at the Metairie location on Veterans (4025 Veterans... ) Jonathan helped me with a phone activation and it was finished in 10 minutes ~~ after 2 days and 9 hours of aggravation!! The Tmobile store in Laplace refused to help Us... they don't seem to want to help Sprint customers and also say their system is down. I find it difficult to believe a Tmobile store would not have an up to date system especially after merging with Sprint.
