I called to see if a phone was in stock. I spoke with Joh. He put me on hold. I was on my way to the store. And when i got there, i was still on hold. There were no other customers in the store and he was talking to two other store associates. I immediately left and went across the parking lot to the Apple Store inside the mall. Don’t waste your time calling because you will be put on hold and forgotten about.

Garbage customer service. I called to ask about iPhone 15 pro availability and the guy working said he’d go check on it. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I decided to hang up and call again, and a girl picked up this time. I asked her about iPhone 15 pro availability, and she literally told me there was “no iPhones” available at their store at all. None.

Absolute garbage management. I've been a Sprint/T-Mobile customer for 20 years and come in with concerns with over my replacement phone yet management won't even look me in the eye during conversation or spend any time seeing what we can do. Company has been spiraling since the merger and cell service is inconsistent. It’s a shame.

I just left this store because they claim I didn’t need help transferring a line over to another account only to get back on the phone with customer service, and customer service told me it has to be in store as well. It’s a two part process. Just really annoying that I had to call customer service all over again and go to a whole different T-Mobile to help me. Over all they wasn’t any help, need to do better! didn’t pull my information up or anything to try to help.

They desperately need more items in stock in store it's a real sad when you go in for a screen replacement something very simple and you have to order it and wait 3 weeks they don't have any in stock it's sad really sad

Was in there a really long time, but that was expected. Felt like we were pressured, and they answered our questions very broadly. Definitely had some things added to our bill that we could have went without. Overall, everyone was nice and fun.
