Nice guy manning this Subway.Vegetarian options: Sure Subway has salads soups and veggie sandwiches.Parking: This strip has a large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Sure why not. It was clean and friendly.

I live close by and went to this location a few times. The food is decent but the staff is uncaring and rude for no apparent reason. They pretend to barely speak English but actually can, really bizarre. Everytime I went here I was the only person during lunch. Can't imagine why, can you? There are plenty of other good subway locations, skip this place if you can.

It's the stop for lunch when working in this general area . My last experience was just as great the first time now twice doing a particular fill in job for a friend and meatball sub is always hot and fresh and the owners and service is very friendly and convenient for a round the corner from a job site quick stop lunch .

Worst subway experience I've ever had. Worker was on the phone, way more concerned with his conversation than with me, almost as if I were a bother. Bread tastes like it's 2 days old, and didn't even bother to cut my sandwich in half, probably because he was too concerned with his phone call. Definitely will not be back to this location.

The store is clean and the staff appear to be nice but there is no way to communicate. I asked to double toast it but they only heated the meat. The wrap itself was cold and the cheese was not melted. This is a convenient location but to pay over $15 for a sandwich that is not done the way you want is not worth it.

Absolutely the rudest customer service I have had in years! I have never felt so uncomfortable asking someone to build my sandwich that I am paying for. Isn't that the entire Subway concept? To walk-in and have your sandwich built? There were no special, out of the ordinary requests yet every selection we made seemed to be a problem. They tried to over charge us at checkout as if $22 wasn't already enough for 2 subs. As we are trying to discuss the charges, the manager is laughing in our face.... Not a chance I would ever return to this location. I don't recommend even giving them a chance! You'll thank me later.

I stopped going here due to poor service.&PRIMARILYthe couple who work there areCONSTANTLYfighting.Every time I go.Not pleasant to eat w/that in back grd.Now I drive farther to Labarre&Airline.

I placed an order in the Subway app and thought that I was ordering it from the Subway on Airline near my house. When I showed up at my nearby Subway, they told me that they hadn’t received the order. When I discovered my error, I called the other Subway and asked if they could cancel my order. The owner repeatedly told me that the order was already made. I asked if he could take out the 3 cookies and two bags of chips out of the bag and refund my money for those. He said that he could not because the order was already made. If you want poor customer service go to this Subway, if you want great customer service go to the Subway at Airline and Labarre.
