1st class today with Ron and it was so awesome. I really really missed rowing and crushed it today for my longest total row distance ever... HIGHLY HIGHLY reccomend checking in for a class ASAP. You will sweat at SWEAT FACTORY.... Cant wait to book another session soon !

I had my first class this morning with Anna, and it was amazing. She kept me motivated and energized, and I felt great through the entire workout. Anna certainly pushed me hard and worked out every muscle in my body. I will definitely be coming back!
