Did not check my tire pressures. Got home and noticed called the location which went to a operator. She called the location they didn’t answer and said they would call back. They never did call back still never called back today and I had a trip to go on so I really needed my tire. Pressures adjusted.

If I could give negative stars I would. Took my car on Thursday afternoon (11/16/23). Pulled in at 2:48 and was there for almost an hour. Got home and did not use my car until today. (11/20/23). I did not notice the huge puddle of oil on my parking spot until I returned from running an errand. My low oil light came on and now there's no oil in my car. I called the location multiple times and the "mailbox is full" and no one answers the phone. Worst service, and incompetent technicians. My car is not able to be driven. I have to have it towed to Lexus to be looked at. I will be insisting that Take 5 reimburse for my oil change (since it all leaked out!) and also intend to collect any fees I have to incur to correct my car. I just read so many negative reviews and the response from Take 5 is a typical canned answer so if I do not get immediate correction of this, AND REIMBURSEMENT for my oil change, I will be sharing this all over my social media. How do you let a customer sit in the bay for nearly an hour and not service the vehicle correctly! Picture of dipstick after pulling it immediately out of the engine. Also where it leaked out of its reservoir. And all but one screw is on the under carriage splash shield cover is missing. Complete incompetence, and at this point, a liability. I have to miss work AND leave my car at a mechanic shop today. Still no call from them.

Service was excellent. The employees were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and looked me in the eyes. They acknowledged me by my name as they smiled. (However, they forgot to put a new sticker on my windshield to remind me when to get my oil changed next.)

I recently moved to Metairie from the Westbank, and my old Take 5 was absolutely amazing. I was concerned I would not receive the same level of courtesy and service anywhere else.Dee at the Metairie Take 5 exceeded all of my expectations. She was friendly, personable, courteous, and extremely thorough with my vehicle. I’ve definitely found my new oil change spot. Thank you!!!

I worked here for a while and they pretty much just lied to me and didn't support me. I'm a disabled veteran and when they hired me it seemed like they would support me but they didn't. They messed with me so much that I had to leave. Don't trust them

When I go for an oil change it an experience like no other. The staff there makes me feel like we are old friends. If you ask a question you know that they will tell you the truth. They are very friendly and professional and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my oil change.

Excellent experience at this location. The guy helping me was pretty new, and didn’t know how to key in my type of fleet vehicle service. The manager came over and walked him through each step, and was very positive/high energy (in a genuine way.) This type of manager is critical in keeping employee morale high, and bringing some fun to what may sometimes be a monotonous job. A+ to this team and the chemistry they’ve build, and I suspect the manager (forgot his name) is a big part of their culture.Service: Oil change

Brian and his co-worker were great. I got there first thing in the morning which meant there wasn’t a wait. They also offered me a complimentary bottle of water, and they changed both my oil and air filter in about 15-20 minutes or less. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. The employees were courteous and friendly. The only issue is I was asked if “I wanted to go with the previous oil” (which was priced at $89.99) I said yes and then I was given a different one that costed me $101.00 after discount. I was not prepared to pay for that and luckily I had the money if not…… I don’t know how it would’ve been settled but it was not my error.

Horrible crooks. Asked for a tire rotation, which they did, and after I paid said my tires were dry rotting and would I like to purchase new ones. Asked why would you not tell me that before the rotation. They said they couldn't tell until they rotated. Which is not true. 2 days later back tire developed a slow leak. Went elsewhere, told my tires were getting rather bald but that they were not dry rotting.Service: Tires

I use the W Esplanade Ave location regularly. I always have a good experience. The staff are experts and the customer service is outstanding. I’ve had good experiences at every Take 5 that I’ve been to.

This review is unique. Hear me out. I had recently gotten an oil change at a different take five location and apparently someone tightened the housing for the filter so much that the next time I tried to get an oil change, they could not get it loose. After calling the take 5 hotline, I eventually ended up speaking with Jason Donahue (the regional manager). He was very nice and understanding and asked me if I would be willing to take my truck to this particular location on Esplanade, told me to ask for "Payton". So I did and I have to say that I'm not sure I've experienced much greater customer service then I did today. This guy was professional..fast..funny and understanding. I truly was only expecting them to help me get the housing loose enough to be able to access the filter. These guys went way above and beyond. They gave me a completely free full synthetic oil change for "the troubles". From my experience today I could say with confidence that if you bring your vehicle to the Esplanade location, (at least while Payton still works there haha).. you will get outstanding service with a smile. Thanks guys!
