Absolutely discussing customer service. I will never be using take 5 ever again. I had an issue at one of The locations here in san antonio. They offered me a refund but it was via check. No a week later they charged it back. I'm absolutely apology. And I will be getting in contact with a better business bureau about this.

Have been a regular customer until last few visits took over 45 minutes. Took daughter’s truck and waited outside for 35 minutes and no one ever came out. 3 stooges milling around topside looking like they were lost. Used to be a good place with good people, not anymore!

Horrible experience, wife went to get an oil change on Sat and car overheated due to lose oil filter. I now have leaked oil all over the engine bed, underneath the car, around wheels, on my driveway, and on the back hatch. Took multiple days to get someone to address the issue and still the car is overheating. My engine looks to be permanently damaged and let’s see if I get any help to resolve the issue.

Following up on my previous 1-star review: District Manager Shaun Snyder refuses to take responsibility for the mistake made by this shop in FORGETTING TO PUT OIL BACK IN my handicap accessible modified vehicle 12/10/23. I have approximately $100k worth of installed accessible equipment and an adaptive driving system in my vehicle. It’s embarrassing that I mistakenly believed an oil change company would be capable of performing a simple oil change! Shaun attempted to convince me that running a vehicle for 35 minutes without oil “would not necessarily cause engine damage”. He seemed to believe that because I was able to drive the vehicle back to the shop, “everything was fine”. When I refused to allow him to touch or drain my oil to visually analyze, Shaun insisted that if I chose to take my van somewhere else for this analysis, they would not be liable for any damage that might be discovered. I tried explaining to him that a Blackstone analysis would provide a more accurate assessment than his unprofessional visual analysis, but he did not seem to understand! Frustrated with our lack of progress, I insisted on obtaining the contact information for the franchise owner, Elliot Smith. Shaun refused and while I was sitting there trying to look it up myself, this led Shaun to CALL THE POLICE ON ME so I would leave! Additionally, I have already contacted customer service and filed a claim 12/11, but it seems that this has not resulted in any progress. This review serves as a fair warning to anyone considering taking their vehicle to this establishment believing that Take 5 would hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. I will provide further updates as this situation develops.

I’ve been calling since APRIL! I took my car to the take 5 in lake charles. They took my engine cover. Messed something else up inside so my electrical doesn’t work properly. Left my heat shield dragging hanging on by metal pieces. I’ve spoken to 3-4 people and they all said parts would be ordered and nothing happened. Then I call back and that manager isn’t there. I’m driving 100k car!! These parts aren’t cheap!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE NEAR this place!!

I'm a Vietnam era veteran and I receive VA News a few times a week. A few days before Veterans’ Day, I received info from them regarding Veterans' Day discounts. Since I've done business with Take 5 Car Wash in the past, I wrote them to ask what the offer was. I never received a response from them. I went to my usual local Take 5 today (Veterans' Day) and they told me they have never heard of any discounts for today. So here we are, November 27th and I’ve still not received a response from them. I assure you I will never do business with them again and that includes their oil changes. Fortunately, there are several competitors in my area to whom I’ll take my business.

Take five in villa Rica ga , changed my oil, now my car is leaking oil, locked up and I am out of a car. Never again don’t take your car to any take five.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! The absolute WORST service both from the call center and including the secretary or whatever apathetic CS rep that answers the phone at corporate. One girl refused to share her name and transferred me to a voicemail that was full. I will NEVER take my car to any of their locations again based on the subpar people that answer their phones. The locations near me are actually super pleasant and have always been accommodating. Too bad corporate doesn’t care and also outsources to poorly trained individuals that don’t have the capacity to comprehend what client service even is. How a customer service rep can actually wake up and fail miserably at their ONE JOB is beyond incredible! If their goal is to lose current customers that we’re actually happy with service before encountering the call center and corporate office, then that’s the only job they did competently. I will be sure to forever share my negative experiences locally and encourage friends and family to avoid this company. Companies with awful service should not be rewarded with repeat business.

If I could give no stars I would . My daughter took her car there for an oil change . The tech did something wrong causing her motor to lock brand new car first oil change . And they won't help her . Even after receiving documentation from the dealer.

You guys are absolutely garbage and should be shut down. No direct contacts, just a bunch of “I’ll see what I can do” your company owed me a refund for messing up me car for over 4 months & nothing has been resolved. Im at the point of reaching out to a lawyer

We have a fleet account. One of our vehicles was serviced at your Albemarle Road location in Charlotte, NC. We asked only for an oil change. The tech replaced the air filter and performed a coolant flush. The driver was never asked for approval. We were also charged for wiper blades that were not installed. When the driver asked why this was done without an approval he stated "this is a fleet account, we don't have to ask for approval, we do what we think is needed". I have never approved your technicians to do "what they think is needed" without approval. The driver asked for a receipt and the tech said "I don't give the drivers a receipt, its sent to your office". My driver said he needed a receipt before he left. He could tell the tech did not not want give him one. He asked my driver to pull forward and after waiting 15 minutes for the receipt, its unreadable. The entire left side is blank. A simple oil change cost us $350.63. We can see the "wip" part which looks like wiper blades. I have left 2 messages on the customer service voice mail and also called the Albemarle Road location and left a message for the manager. I was told his/her phone was not working and my call could not be transferred and I would get a call RIGHT back. its been over an hour. We need a credit for the coolant flush, air filter and wiper blades.

Take 5 damaged my car. It had to be towed to the dealership. Brian Silva said that he/Take 5 would pay for the repairs. He is refusing to pay claiming that it should be covered under the warranty. He also said that he/Take 5 would cover the cost of the rental car. He is refusing to pay that as well.

I called corporate office before 5pm and no one answered the phone. Not only that but I specifically go to “TAKE 5” because I was told you get free “top off” service at every location throughout the USA. THIS IS A LIE. I was forced to pay for a full price for my oil change because I got the oil change in another state!

Take 5 tech did not properly close my hood. Not even half a mile down the street, my hood popped up shattering my windshield. Luckily, no passing cars were near me and i was able to pull over safely. What a terrible way to start my day/week.This was in Queen Creek Arizona- monday july 24 at 815am

My experience at this Take 5 oil was awful. I waiting in the bay for 30 minutes with no help and when they finally came up to me they thought i was getting an inspection and when i corrected the employee. they got in my face and refused me service, kicked me out and threaten to call the cops. i normally have great experience at take 5 oil but I certainly will not be coming back and have filed a complaint with corporate. This was at 5996 De Zavala Rd, San Antonio, TX 78249.
