There aren’t many places to charge in NOLA but this one has plenty of Tesla chargers. Best hrs are before 6am and after 9pm for fast charge.

The new chargers that were added are great. Didn't have to wait at all at 9:30 in the morning.

Have been twice. We did not have to wait. Convenient to grocery and food.

Just drove by today (Sept 16 2023) and they just DOUBLED the stalls to 24! The new stalls are in the front of the lot as opposed to the back. As of today I don’t think they are online as the cement looks fresh, but they should be soon. They were JUST installed. This location is very busy so it’s nice to see Tesla double it’s size.

I live very close to the Tesla Supercharger Station. My sister actually owns a Tesla. I don't, but I can give some good information about this location. It is usually very busy. It is best to avoid the evening, it's usually full with a line. Early afternoon, mornings, late at night is when it's not so busy. Although sometimes you can luck out and no one's there!! It is along side of the shopping center. Looking at Winn-Dixie, it's to the right.

Good location for supercharging during road trips to N.O. However, it's usually very busy in the evenings, and charging is limited to 80%. I wouldn't leave my car while charging.

Poorly designed small lot located on the side of a Winn Dixie with 12 stations -always full. No entry or exit with cues of 10 cars or more. We stopped several times one day and every time 10 cars waiting in line. Note to travelers and 1st time Tesla drivers arriving in town: this is the only public station in New Orleans!!! We finally came back around 8:15 on a Saturday and was the only car in line. Lucky for us after 3 minutes we got our spot. When we left 30 minutes later a line of 8 cars were waiting. Warning to out of town folks: Do not go to the many designated destination chargers as they are all “private” chargers for hotel guests. We stopped at a destination charger behind an Inn, plugged in and the unit had no power so a switch had to be turned on inside the property. We then drove to the city park near the golf course thinking this one was for the public but it is not.

April 1 update - worse than ever. Hertz all over.March 1 Insanely busy. 10 cars WAITING now. Worst design I have ever seen for a supercharger: access from 2 directions, so fights over who’s next are GUARANTEED. Someone is going to get hurt here. What happened to this formerly great charger?? HERTZ happened. They bought thousands of Teslas but NO superchargers! They just saturate the ones nearest their rental locations. WHAT. JERKS.

This is a busy charger. There are 2 areas to enter and so 2 lines form. We waited about 20 minutes to plugin. People were moving in and out and it was all good. It's strange that there is only 1 supercharger for all of New Orleans. They should add more

Not the best. Waited 30 mins to get a charging station. Very busy with no organization and crowd control. Cars pull in and cut in front of other cars. They start a second line just because the layout is crazy. No respect for others that have been waiting longer.

The worst charging station I have ever been too. Busy, with no organization and crowd control. Cars pull in and cut in front of other cars. They start a second line just because the layout is crazy. No respect for others that have been waiting longer.

Pretty decent. Very popular spot so expect to have a little bit of a wait. Close by to a grocery store so pick up some snacks while you wait!

The charge takes approximately 30-50mins. There's 12 slots available. Easy access to winndixie and subway.

Chargers are fast, neighborhood is ok. There’s not much convenient around, a gas station would be a better location
