Service was awesome Mr Noah is very knowledgeable and was polite and friendly. Customer service seems to be slipping away in the consumer world, but Mr. Noah and his team seems to still have a grip on it. Absolutely terrible, I took my car there to have 2 things done. Replace a sensor and fix a hood latch. $500 later neither of those things were done and their only suggestion was to pay more money to fix it which you’d think I what they would’ve done the first time. Anything more than tire and fluid changes, this place is worthless

The last few years I have been brining my BMW here since it has gone out of warranty. Thank God because Peake BMW was taking so much money from me, I dont know how the owner of Peake BMW can live with himself stealing so much money from people everyday?Ive had many things done on my car. They are swift and reasonably priced!I am very, very happy with all the work Bimmers Clinic has done on my car.Thank you!

Was given one price and when i went back the price changed. Noah told me because he was replacing the bulbs it cost more. I was fine with that. Replaced the light and charged me a OEM price, but put a off brand light on there. When I picked the car up, I asked why doesn’t the light say BMW. He told me BMW doesn’t make them anymore, that’s the brand they use. After checking and doing some research. I found out this is simply not true. Charged me double original quote and put a off brand light, that’s shady business .

I'm new to Louisiana. I had 1) a radiator reservoir leak Noah fixed and reasonably priced . 2) passenger taillight assembly and freon replacement done in under 1.5 hours. Professional and quality service.

DO NOT bring your car to this shop if you have an EXTENDED WARRANTY! Despite having good service in the past when I paid out of pocket, the owner, Noah was extremely unprofessional - actually downright RUDE when the warranty company instructed him to use a refurbished part from a local supplier that was naturally cheaper than purchasing it new. He got very angry and told me to come and get my car and hung up in my face. This is after my car had been there for 3 days without being repaired and no one called me, (which is another complaint - you have to keep calling to see when you car is ready.) I had to call a tow truck to bring my car to the BMW dealership. While I prefer to use a small businesses, since my profession is helping to grow them, I will never use this shop again!

DO NOT bring your car to this shop if you have an EXTENDED WARRANTY! I thought the 1st time the owner told me to come and get my car after it had been there 3 days w/out being fixed, was just a 1-time incident. He got angry b/c my warranty co. wanted him to use a cheaper, refurbished part. I had to arrange for a tow truck to retrieve my car. I excused it, believing that it was a quality issue for him. Today he did the same thing, except he was even more nasty and unprofessional about it. I dropped my car off on Monday afternoon. He said he would get to it the next day. I put in a claim with my warranty co. as I'm supposed to. The warranty co. contacted Bimmers the next morning and was told by Bimmers staff they knew nothing about my car. On Wednesday, I called Noah (the owner) to ask him to contact the warranty company to see if the repair would be covered. He told me to come and get my car, he was not going to work on it. He said "My shop is full of cars, and I don't have to deal with no warranty company" and hung up the phone. I had decent service from Bimmers in the past when I paid out of pocket, but this is unacceptable! Are people not supposed to purchase warranties to help pay for their car repairs? And why doesn't he just put up a sign that he doesn't work with warranty companies. I guess his affluent customers in Metairie are all he needs. I don't recommend anyone going to this shop to be treated this way!

I'm new in town and had an airbag recall done by the dealer. They gave me a short list of other things wrong. I wanted to check out an Indy shop and called over the phone to see if I could get an estimate for replacing my CCV system which has failed and my secondary air pump which is making a loud whining noise. I have a 2003 330Ci, manual trans. I was told "Sorry I don't work on those old cars" by whoever the very serious sounding guy was on the other end of the line. I just cut the conversation right there, I figured if that's the kind of response/customer service you get right off of the bat, I'm not going to try and convince this guy to work on my car and end up being sorry later on. The reason I called in the first place was because I saw a few 3 series that are a generation or two older in the shop pictures here on Yelp. I'll be looking elsewhere.
