The mail was not delivered to the block closes to West Esplande and Lemon Street. This has occurred several times in the last few years . I have gone 2 times to speak to the Post Office Manager . Like talking to the hand . 👋 My mail sat n the box all night with checks . My mail has been picked upas late as 7 pm
