As a business with internet service, needed faulty equipment replaced immediately. Both online chat and telephone call representatives disconnected my calls before resolving the issue. Online had to "refresh" and the phone call just disconnected.

Worst customer service. Don't greet you, employees holding personal conversations with no interactions for customer. When in for an upgrade, now I'm contemplating about upgrading phone carrier. Only greeting I got was "have a nice day" as I was walking out the door, lol. Any other Verizon store is better than this one! Very poor management

Horrible, rude customer service. Went in close to closing time. 5 employees sitting doing absolutely nothing- no other customers in the store. I approach a person behind the desk and before I could speak she says- "we close in 7 mins and don't have any phones for sale." NOT- "we are closing soon can I help you?" NOT- "Hi, do you have a question we are closing soon." Just the rude truth of "We are getting paid to do nothing but sit here and we don't want to be bothered and do any work to earn our pay so I going lie to you, the customer, and tell you we do not have a single phone to sell." Did I want to buy a phone?, did I have a technical issue?, did have a quick question about my plan?- we don't know because 5 paid employees did not have the courtesy, training, or care to ask. Thank you for making the decision for me to move providers.

Caught up in a BYOD scam. I should have known better to not simply believe that those who work here at Verizon would know what they are doing. Untrained, Unprofessional, Unacceptable.

The sales attendant I worked with was very rude. Additionally, she told me inaccurate information about a fee. I would avoid this store if you can.

Had a super great experience at this location- though it’s under construction and cramped, all the employees had positive attitudes and even as a group , all pitched in to help solve my dilemma pairing my phone with my teenager’s - Not an easy feat when teens know a million to one more technology than their parents .That was my first experience this past Saturday, then when I returned on Sunday with my teen, Nisha could not have been more knowledgeable , patient and truly caring not only about our phones but about US - and teen phone issues .She went way above her job description and showed she truly cared about us, not only as customers but as a family.Thank you Nisha and team.

Appeared to be only two employees working; with a few customers in the store. Even so, one of the employees did answer my questions, while still with a customer. I am a brand new Verizon customer. Store was under renovation, and stock was not yet on display, in some cases.

Ben was great. I went in to make some changes to my plan (had the 5G internet, needed to add a line and had specific line benefit questions). He was attentive, patient with my fussiness (I hate phone rigamaroles), and walked me through every question I had. A+ to him.

They are very rude and refuse to do there job and all I had to do was pick up a phone that was ordered and paid for. fire everyone from store located 3544 veterans blvd in Louisiana completely sad and ridiculous

I would highly recommend avoiding this store. Nisha (sp?) was not only rude, but failed to answer very simple questions pertaining to plans/payments. I subsequently left and went to the mid city location (Carrollton Ave) where I purchased a phone.
