The pharmacist is the worst I’ve ever seen. She can’t remember conversations she’s had with customers recently. She wasn’t able “to get in contact with United Health Care to find out and bill the price for the medications “ so she didn’t even bother filling it , when it was supposed to be filled hours ago. All she had to do was run the insurance but made up an excuse because she was too incompetent to be able to run the insurance. Pharmacist with the accent for reference.

Horrible pharmacy service. It's usually never ready when they say, they lose your meds and have to redo them and they make you wait forever on the phone if you are lucky enough for them to answer. But then sometimes you get lucky and every goes smooth just like it should but not too often.

FYI, I just found out that both Walgreens and CVS have started putting your drugs in BIG bottles that do not fit in your dopp kits due to them being be big pharma inconsiderate idiots. Surely trying to cut costs. I apologize for blaming this pharmacy for it. I have never had issues with them before. Since I do not have time to wait for them to put them in the correct size bottles when I pick them up, I have no choice but to switch to one of many smaller customer friendly pharmacies we have. Hopefully, if Walgreens loose enough customers they will stop this nonsense?

Come here to Walgreens at 4501 Airline Dr. It's horrible. They always take too long. Whether the store is full or empty, it doesn't matter, it takes too long. I don't know why they are so slow and they see that there are many people waiting in line and they don't put people one more person to move the line forward and on other occasions it has been empty by myself in line and I have had to wait an hour and a half for my medications and right now I just left the store because they don't do anything to make the line Go ahead and it's not really the store, it's the employees who work very slow

I've been a customer with Walgreens for a long time. I'm starting to get tired of people that came after me in line by almost 10 minutes and somehow getting there pharmacy medication before I do and the people working there are rude and unapologetic. They truly act like, we need them to survive which is a shame that this type of mentality is common. I hope the manager sees this and does something.

Your pharmacy cares nothing about it's patients. I had surgery Monday and have called every single day for 5 days to try to get my prescription filled. I sit and wait... and wait... and wait.............. and no one ever answers the phone. One call I waited for over 2 hours. Finally I spoke to the general store manager who put me through to the pharmacy very quickly. The pharmacy is ignoring patient calls. I want you to know your pharmacy has made my surgery recovery feel like hell. And I hope someday someone makes all of you feel this utterly worthless. You all deserve it.

I've been calling for two days and no one answers the pharmacy phone. That's downright dangerous and disrespectful to the people who come here for medication they need. Do better

I've had mostly good experiences at this Walgreens location (for both shopping and prescriptions). They recently upgraded the freezers to have electronic doors. It allows you to look at the available options without actually opening the doors. Usually, the pharmacy is quick to fill prescriptions. They tend to get busy at certain times, but you can get in and out a lot quicker later in the evenings. I've also used this location for my annual flu shots and have only had good experiences.

I’ve been on hold for an hour waiting to speak with someone about my child’s prescription. They’ve disconnected the phone once. The pharmacy took the paper prescriptions but didn’t fill all of the medications. It wasn’t noticed until my husband returned home with everything. Don’t waste your time dealing with them. This will be the LAST prescription Walgreens fills for us! Correction: I’ve been hung up on TWICE! At this point I’m calling the corporate office! This is pathetic.

You only have to wait on the phone for 15 minutes to ask them for a refill. Connect the Dr. to Rx. via fiber optic internet. Poor pharmacy must be flooded. The sorrow it makes me feel to think about the poor "federal response". I wish I could get my Rx benzo (1) day early....! Poor people waiting in line with NO COVID TEST signs taped up everywhere (when we had the national guard deploy a field hospital) under the previous administration. GOD bless Doctor Jacqueline Cleggett. I was waiting in line with a pharmacy student explaining "her compassion". She was trying to alleviate pain, and is the modern day Rosa Parks!!! I told the xavier pharmacy student that Dr. Jacqueline would tell 'em. If the DEA got a problem, you tell them to call ME. And they persecuted her (for being a black female Dr). They served a search warrant on her house and recovered $12-13m CASH in a black garbage bags. True story. "The pharmacist" paints her as a demon, when she stood up for the "right for cheap healthcare". She is a modern day Rosa Parks. Never did she "offer pills " for payment. I KNOW this and can prove "the white pharmacist" is not disclosing the truth!!! He just wants a scapegoat to absolve his own guilt because his son got hooked on crack and was shot in a New Orleans neighborhood. I am sure that "if a search warrant" was executed at his home he would have a load of pain meds...

My 9 year old son has been exposed to covid-19 at school and started showing symptoms this morning. I went online and scheduled a PCR test for him. I had a confirmation email and all. We drive up to the window and they say they can't do same day appointments even though we made one. They said they couldn't help us..... How absolutely ridiculous is that!?!?!? Now we have to wait another day to get results for my child. I'm livid....
