This is the first review I’m writing and probably be my last. Today I was Disrespected by one the Walgreens workers. I’ve been Coming to this Walgreens since yall opened and this will be my last time coming to this Walgreens do to the Disrespectful Front cashier lady today she was white with short hair early 60s. I’d rather drive way out my way then My come to the Walgreens.

AVOID this particular pharmacy at all costs!!!! Unbelievable how my family members have all sorts of problems at this location with their medication refills and service, and waste so much on the phone. They don't provide timely, appropriate updates on the app and somehow offer "partial" refills when they don't have adequate medication quantity with a promise to refill the rest at a later time...and then provide the excuse that the insurance doesn't offer any further refills. Either shady practices and/or inadequate/incompetent training. Please save yourself some trouble and time, and take your business elsewhere.

HORRIBLE experience here two days ago. I don’t usually use this location but I had other errands to run in the vicinity and decided to refill some prescriptions here. BIG MISTAKE. After choosing my refills on the app, I noticed that a copay card I had wasn’t applied. No problem, I called them and explained the situation and the associate I spoke with said she’d transfer me to another person who could take the information over the phone. The lady I was transferred to refused to take the information over the phone and said she’d prefer if I came in. This ticked me off a little bit because (1) it’s a card I’ve used at Walgreens before and it should’ve already been on file with them, and (2) waiting until I came in would increase the wait time for my prescription because they’d have to process it again. But ok. I go there and give the associate at the window my information, tell her that I have a copay card and I get my card ready. She hands me over to a person who I assume is the pharmacy manager, who tells me that my prescription is inactive and I need to contact my doctor. I told her that couldn’t be and she said the other location was showing it was inactive. I knew this wasn’t true because they’re the ones that called me saying it was time to refill. Also, I could pull the prescription up on my doctor’s app and it showed I had refills available. She became very rude, talking over me and insisting there was nothing she could do. I asked her to call the other location and she refused. I immediately cancelled the order on my app and redid the refill at the Old Jefferson location I usually use. Within 30 minutes, I had my prescription in hand (which they told me was most certainly ACTIVE), they had applied the copay card (WHICH WAS ON FILE) and they couldn’t have been nicer about it. I will NEVER use the Airline location again. That lady should be fired! RUDE AND LAZY!!

Premium prices. Perpetually understaffed. The pharmacy is a freaking joke. They don’t understand the concept of checking stock at another location.

I wish I could give zero stars. I just walked out of this stupid store without buying anything because I needed body wash and it was locked up. There was no customer service button to get any kind of assistance. I needed stuff because I have to go to a freakin funeral tomorrow of a friend who died suddenly. I understand that some people steal things but you all suck big time for punishing those of us who are honest and don’t steal. We just need stuff and ya’ll are apparently too stupid to help us. Definitely won’t EVER shop here again!!!!

Bad experience when visiting the pharmacy, my son needed the bathroom, and the employee stated that he was out of service, it is ridiculous that a public service and prestigious pharmacy has an employee damaging the reputation of that training chain,

WORST pharmacist I have EVER had!
This Iranian woman with the accent is so uneducated I seriously don’t know how she got the job.
I called three hours in advance after switching my meds from a further away pharmacy to what was closer to where I live. 6 hours prior I talked to her about it only to show up, leave without my meds and also to be told I cant even fill them because they didn’t transfer them over AND she couldn’t bill insurance that I’ve had with Walgreens for 2 years.
Do they just let the worst pharmacist at night ???As I say and waited 45 minutes on the other side of the drive thru as instructed to wait 10 minutes, she said she would figure it out. DONT waste your time.
