Again another locations with Saturday lobby hours posted and not open !! Terrible customer service

5 stars for friendly staff, but 1 star for a terrible building/customer experience. Lobby is NOT open - Google is wrong in saying they have walk in service. Drive thru is the only option, and don't assume the left lane is "commercial" with a drawer. I was amazed to pull up to where a window drawer should be, only to find a tube-shoot there too! And of course, they have the worst suction system ever! Terrible customer experience.... 45 minutes to make a simple deposit.

This is my favorite branch out of all the Whitneys in town.. My banker Paul is the sweetest and most helpful banker I’ve ever met, so quick to assist in every way! I’ve known him since he was a teller uptown, so proud of his progress and exceptional work ethic! 5 out of 5 recommend Hancock Whitney simply Bc of their great customer service, thanks to Mr Paul Nisse ☕️???Roy Bruno

On November 3rd, I tried to deposit a valid check signed by my wife and I. After waiting on the teller to go discuss something with a superior, he returned with a lady that informed me I had a "bad check". It was a Hancock Whitney check from a title company that could have been easily verified. However, I understand safety protocol. We both returned the following morning and the check was deposited. KICKER.....no one checked our identification. 1. Don't use the words "bad check" it's insulting 2. Politely explain the safety protocol. 3. Please abide by the safety protocol. I'm honestly worried about when I have to extract funds from this incompetent branch. 4. Teller, take a lesson from Chic-filet on how to address a customer

The Google page needs to contain the phone numbers to each shown location. I shouldn't have to give my social security number to acquire a phone number to that branch.

Very unsatisfying experience. I was helped by a teller and she told me the rules on opening an account but I had a specific question and she told me someone would be there to help me but no one ever came. Finally after being ignored I just decided to leave. If I wasn't that important to them then why waste my time? I decided to take my business elsewhere.
