“I purchased a new Big Tex Trailer today from the sweetest, friendliest staff in all of Louisiana. Typically, in the sales business you meet a lot of friendly faces long enough to accomplish a financial business goal. Not the case with these ladies. I walked in their office. Not only did kim remember me by name she remembered exactly what i inquired about from 2022. They were both very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful about each trailer in stock down to the exact numbers with best ways to get it financed if needed. I would highly recommend this Big Tex location because I didn't feel like just a consumer…I felt like family. Thank you ladies for the best trailer buying experience on this side of heaven #CRelifordTransportationLLC”
“I had a blown out tire on my drive axle. They had some used tires and were in a good condition. I just tried to match it up with my other tire, new tire wouldn't fit. so they replaced it and I like it. Friendly and honest people. and they rewarded me with some discount and I am grateful for that. Thank you very much guys. Besides I need to mention to be fair you guys done the service really fast.”
“I will go to my grave with an unreasonable amount of gratitude for this place. I was absolutely rescued from disaster on a long road trip, barely rolled my dead car into their bay, and they had me on the road in 30 minutes, and undercharged me to boot. Thank you!!”

“I recently had another great experience with the service department at Harper GMC. I scheduled an appointment, dropped my truck off early, and simply told them to get to it when they could. I wasn’t expecting it back in less than 24 hours, I just asked that they give me an update.
Not only did they keep me informed, but they also got to my truck quickly and took great care of me.
This is the second time I’ve used their service department after purchasing my truck from them, and the experience has been just as impressive as the first. It’s rare these days to find people you can truly trust who genuinely care about their customers.
Thank you again to everyone at Harper GMC. You’ve earned a customer for life.”
“They did a great job on the replacement of my new window. They were kind to fix my wiper that was not working and offered to put in my new wipers. Totally recommend them.”

“Friendly staff got me in and out pretty quickly I had to get a starter for a service truck I took mine in and I'd say within approximately 15 minutes I had a new starter in hand and was on my way back to the shop to install it”
“Found my local mechanic!
One call, in and out, and a fair price! I left happy as a clam!
My friend Ray recommended him to me as I already had 2 bad previous experiences with 2 different mechanic shops and no luck.
Third time's a charm!
Thanks Potter's City Garage!”
“Service was great, employees extremely nice. Price was extremely expensive. I asked if they could check my differential oil, and they didn't know how to check it. I had more work done to my truck than they performed for 65.00 less where I use in West Monroe. I work in this area, and it was time for my oil change. I will not be back there.”

“I cannot thank the team at Herberts T&C Ford enough. I was traveling from out of town when my aftermarket cat-back mid-pipes detached from one of my headers in my Mustang. It was a stressful situation, but the service department took me in immediately. They fixed the exhaust issue perfectly and truly went above and beyond to help a stranded traveler. Their honesty, speed, and amazing customer service turned a road-trip disaster into a great experience.”
