At AutoZone, Minden, Louisiana Skyler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our problem. He went to Great lengths to try and make sure that we had warranty coverage. Would have been stranded far from home without his help! Highly recommend the shop.

I got to autozone,9/25/23, needing a new battery for a 2015 altima (plus another one for my aunt) and I don't know much about cars but Derick (I think that's his name) was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, informative and patient with me. I was having a really bad day with car trouble and he made it so much better. I'm a Navy Veteran and for him to literally go ABOVE & BEYOND to help me, was OUTSTANDING!! He's an absolute great guy, and the whole team was friendly and helpful as well
