These folks saved the day! My running lights on RV quit working during my trip. I had stopped at a place in GA, $165 and 4hrs later, no lights. The folks at Big Tex, did a thorough troubleshooting and got my lights working for the rest of my trip, and took time to educate me with hands on tips. Then wouldn't take payment for their time. Sent me off with a smile! Their shop had lots of trailer related items and had reasonable prices. Integrity of a companies employees says a lot. My business will be with them moving forward.

Today I purchased a trailer from Big Tex in Minden, Louisiana, throughout the purchase Ms. Kimberley Richard and Ms. Nancy Watson were very helpful and respectful. Any questions I had they answered and was straight forward. I love their customer service I would recommend everyone in the surrounding area who is in need of a trailer to stop by and speak with them.

My boyfriend recently bought a 35SA to haul is lawnmower. He is very happy with this great trailer and compared the ease of purchasing it to that of buying groceries. The staff was not only knowledgable, but very nice and easy to deal with. He would recommend this store to anyone in the market for any type of trailer.
