Bon Temps is a restaurant with very nice people and great, quick service. The staff are super helpful, sweet, and respectful. The place is spotless, including a clean bathroom. The food is really good, with the best gumbo in Louisiana. The Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Boudin, and Gator Sausage are excellent, and the sweet potato pie is pretty darn good too. It is a very nice, convenient place you're happy to stumble upon and is definitely worth a stop, even a detour. The ambience is very nice, making it a great overall experience.
Got gas and snacks there. That's my daughter and I halfway point from ruston and Shreveport so we like to stop here for snacks. People are very nice and friendly!

I’ve been living in the midwest for the past decade or so, so I like to grab a taste of Louisiana whenever I am back in town. The boudin balls are phenomenal here. The egg rolls were also pretty good.
If you’re looking for some cajun food on the go, this is the place to visit.

If im in town, im definitely stopping here for lunch. Good food, plenty of tables to set down for lunch.
