Terrible place I got accused of being someone who was there a day before talking about guns with some girl in the office. Minden PD finest officer Griffith blocks me off harassing me this happen a few years back but he couldn’t miss handle me like he do a lot of boys around here.I wouldn’t have been there if my homeboy wasn’t having car issues so I bought him up there cause they sold him a bad suv with tape on the engine shroud on the bottom of the suv and check engine lights.

**Update:** On December 17, 2024, I reached out to Justin to discuss the possibility of trading in my vehicle after experiencing significant issues with the transmission just two months after purchase. I had hoped for a positive resolution, giving the dealership a chance to demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction. During our conversation, Justin was incredibly understanding and empathetic. He reassured me that I could trade in my vehicle without having to make a down payment, which was a crucial concern for me, especially considering the recent inconveniences I had faced with the car.
After speaking with Justin, I was transferred to Cody, who took down all the necessary information to initiate the trade-in process. However, as I sit here on January 7, 2025, I find myself still driving the same worn-out car. Frustratingly, I’ve had to call almost every day just to receive updates on my situation. I even sent a text to Cody, hoping for some communication, but I was met with silence. When I did get a chance to talk to him, it felt like I was always handed excuses. One call I was basically told that “the customers in the store comes first”, which I understood to some extent. After a few more calls, I was informed that new inventory had just arrived, and Cody said he would call me back soon. Never received a call back.
Despite my efforts to remain patient and understanding throughout this ordeal, I have reached my limit. The entire experience has become overwhelming and disappointing, and I no longer feel the need to contact the dealership again. This process has been truly frustrating, and I feel let down by how it has unfolded. It's very disappointing, but I'm sure they don’t care about my experience. I hope to find another dealership that can provide me with a better experience!

My experience at this dealership has been disappointing. I initially purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze, hoping for a dependable and reliable vehicle. However, within the first few days, I encountered multiple issues such as the check engine light coming on, overheating, and the air conditioning failing. While my salesperson Cody was initially helpful and understanding, and even purchased a part that i needed on my
car but as more problems arose, I felt like a burden to him. Which was frustrating on every level.I expressed that i either wanted to get my trade-in vehicle back or get a more reliable car but unfortunately, I was informed that there were no other options within my price range. The warranty provided through credit acceptance proved to be useless as it was challenging to find a repair shop that would accept it. After just two months of owning the car, it became completely unusable, it won’t go in drive or reverse leading to me losing my job due to the extended downtime. Although Justin managed to find a repair shop that accepted the warranty, they were heavily booked, and states that they wouldnt
be ables to touch my car until weeks out, leaving me stranded with a car that I couldn't drive or afford since im no longer
working. This has been my first experience leasing a car, and it has been incredibly challenging. Without my vehicle, I am unable to work, pay bills, and find myself in a difficult situation. Despite the hardships, Chris has been the most supportive throughout this ordeal, offering advice and understanding and he’s not even a salesperso. It is a tough lesson learned. Im not saying you will experience what I have , I’m just telling you to be cautious and thorough when making such purchases . Take a mechanic with u or take the car to a car repair shop
Right after u purchase. We all work hard for our money for it to go to waist. I won’t lie I was incredibly upset and even called attorneys about the situation and thought to go on BBB but I was reminded that “God Sits High And Looks Low” so it’s official out of my hands and in his!

One word. RUN. These people sold me a truck that broke down within the week. I traded a very good and reliable car for it. I tried and tried to get them to work with me but they refused stating that I signed a contract. I asked if they would take the truck and I can take my car but they stated they had sold the car which I later found out was to their own employee. When I called to complain, they lied and told me “well we told you that it had transmission issues” (which was my initial concern) I ran the codes and found over 30. After threatening with lawsuit, they told me they would give me a bit of cash to get it fixed. I made the mistake of accepting the money that I now realize was a poor attempt at hush money. With said money I found that my motor is blown so it definitely won’t cover anything. I’ve been stuck without a vehicle for a while now and have lost a job, been denied for jobs, gotten in trouble with my other job, etc due to my lack of vehicle. These frauds cost me so much money, pain, and hardships. DO NOT do business with them.
