If anyone around Minden has a child that takes medication at school, word of warning, DO NOT use CVS Pharmacy. For the last two months I have had trouble getting the school label printed correctly. When asked if they can fix it, the lady, Yolanda, decided to speak to me as if I were ignorant. I have had the instructions written in by the doctor so they legal portion is not the issue. So now I am having to contact the school board to make adjustments. My child is not able to get his medication on time all because they refuse to reprint a label. Yolanda was very unprofessional even with the doctor office (Minden Pediatrics) when they attempted to correct the issue. And this is after waiting a month for the medication to even be filled. CVS has absolutely lost my business completely.

Incompetent pharmacy. Wrong dosages of medications. "We never got that" is their go to for communication. Customer service, with the exception of a couple of ladies, is lacking terribly. I will definitely be changing pharmacies.

Never open on time, slow service. Giggle laugh and talk with one another making customers wait while doing so.

Repeatedly poor service. Do not answer phone as a generally rule. When you are transferred, 3 times out of 5 you will wait only to be disconnected. In my 62 years I've never seen such pitiful service. People that do not feel well already can have a darn panic attack dealing with this place.

every single time i have gone to pickup a prescription its wrong. even with a paper order they still get the prescriptions wrong. ive gone 3 times in the last 2 months & not once have i gotten the correct dosage, even after telling them what dosage for which meds. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Pharmacy supposed to open at 10:00 A.M. got here at 9:50 A.M. to be first in line, at 10:15 A.M. still nobody here so I called the store. She said she’s sorry he never comes to work on time, she has mentioned it to higher ups, but as of now nothing has been done. No wonder CVS Pharmacies around the nation are closing down!

The staff at this Minden location is very unprofessional and rude to their customers. They need a new Manager over the pharmacy that will hold the employees accountable for high levels of Customer Service. I will be discussing my latest encounter with the pharmacy with CVS Pharmacy's Corporate Office.

This pharmacy is trash! Long wait times for prescriptions. Staff is rude. Very unprofessional. They won’t even call to let you know something is going wrong with your order. I have been going to this pharmacy by default because it’s close to where I live but I can’t do it anymore. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

No words to describe how horrible this pharmacy is. Stay as far away from this place as possible. Absolutely stunning how incompetent and rude these employees are.
