1.) I assure you its definitely not ILLEGAL
2.) IF A EMPLOYEE IS BY THEMSELVES and they have to use the bathroom or they have to do something that will take thier attention away from the front ITS COMPANY POLICY TO LOCK THE DOOR IF NO CUSTOMER IS INSIDE THE STORE FOR OBVIOUS REASONS
ITS A SAFETY ISSUE AND MORE RISK OF THEFT IF YOU CAN'T WAIT 10 MINS THERE'S OTHER FAMILY DOLLAR STORES BESIDES THAT ONE 🤷♀”
“Every time I go in there it’s clean and that’s unusual for these stores. The entire staff is friendly and I absolutely love the new store manager. I hope you can keep that one because she’s very nice and knows that store and always doing something.”

“This store is very neat and clean. I can find everything I need without having to ask an associate to check in their stock room for something. Their shelves are pretty well stocked and the employees are friendly. I prefer this Family Dollar over the others in town because it's always clutter-free and clean.”
