“I was having an issue with my fone from Total wireless. My fone had not worked a week. So I decided to change to ATT. Best thing I could do. I have to say the last comment was a completely different experience than what I had. I walked in at 905 am an the lady already had a customer. She got to me within 10 min an was the most professional, helpful, nice person as I could get. She worked with me thru my issues an got me going rite away. I applaud her because the time I was there, she steadily had customers coming in piling up on her. She greeted everyone an started helping multiple people at one time. She handled herself Very well!!! The store was clean an very appealing. I would definitely recommend this store to anybody tht wants to get the BEST customer service I've seen in a while. A 10 in my book. Thank u!!”
