Came to store looking for help. Lady told me they had no help for me. A man told her to help me. Rather than try to help me, she tried to sell me another phone. I made a phone call to the main number on the internet. The lady on the phone did indeed help me.
I believe it's time to reevaluate AT&Ts future in my life.

If you want to be treated better go to the west Monroe store. The store manager is absolutely careless with his store and its shows. My husband and I came to get phones for our kids for Christmas and no one greeted us we just stood there like a lump on the log. I tried to get help and the managers demeanor was absolutely unacceptable. Long story short we left to the West Monroe store. Better customer service and I know that our children will love their new iPhone 16s.

Very disappointed with the Louisville Ave store… Called multiple onTuesday around 11am-11:40am. They refused to let me speak with a store manager. Just purchase a screen protector ($50) from the store less than a week ago. Ask about warranty and salesman stated just bring
In if you have any issues. Well it’s cracked now 5 days later and now he’s saying $11 fee to replace it.

I feel like I was misled on the price of the $.99 items that were available for me… I also did not realize to discontinue the service. You have to call the AT&T helpline which takes about 45 minutes to an hour of time… It is not as simple as returning the product and deleting the new linethat I was given with the two new products which were a tablet and a watch

The manager basically accused me of stealing right in the middle if the store because I was trying to return or exchange items I had bought the day before. The items did not work with my phone(which I think they should have known in the first place) so I returned them, with a receipt. If he had any questions when the associate asked for his approval on the returns or exchange, he should have looked at my account before approaching me.

After my wife passed away, I needed much assistance with changing, deleting and adding telephone service and evaluating cable vs. streaming service. Through the patient and very professional service of Will Wheeler, I was much more able to make informed decisions about wireless service, wi-fi and streaming service.
I discontinued a longtime account with Comcast, and selected DirectTV.
I was pleased and impressed with the service I received from this A T & T store, especially sales associate Will Wheeler.

When I arrived at the AT&T store it was early afternoon the young lady camed from the back , she had a warm smile and wad very eager to help me. I paid my cellphone bill and she gave me my receipt and walked me out with a friendly goodbye. In a nd out the way Ilike it.

Go to a different AT&T store. I have been to this store multiple times and somehow each time I have dealt with an employee named Clark. He is very condescending to customers and is not helpful either. I will not be back to this location because of him.
