Pecanland Mall Monroe, Louisiana.
There are two employees there...Sherry and Lisa. They are so professional and go out of their way to resolve any issue. While I was there just chatting with other customers, many of them said they won't go to any one else. I wouldn't leave ATT because of these two employees!!
A man and his wife came in to say he had lost his phone. They were pretty sure it was in the car but couldn't find it. Sherry found it for them!! They were so grateful they hugged her!
I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

The absolute best att store in monroe. I live across the street from a store off sterlington rd and will drive here for anything. Top tier tech help and bill help.
If they don't know the answer just wait and they will find the answer. We even had to use a YouTube video that almost kept me from buying a phone.

I am so thankful for the excellent customer service that was provided to my mom and myself today. Chancely and Johnny greeted us at the door and took their time to explain the process to us thoroughly. If I could give them a 10 I would.

One of the worst experiences ever. The person working had no clue what a Google pixel was. There were signs all over for the new one that came out that day. We asked her if she could see if it was in stock and she just walked off and then she asked if we found anything we were interested in and then decided to tell us that she couldn’t look to see.

This has always been my favorite location. My most recent visit was exceptional even above my usual positive expectations. Thank You Summer Star for staying late and helping me get my new phone setup. I would have never got it right without your assistance.
