Very caring facility . My grandma has been there over a year now and we can’t say enough about how great the experience has been . The director and staff are 100% caring and compassionate .

I had been to several memory care facilities before my nanny moved to Azalea. This place is very different and you can tell when you walk in. My nanny had lived with me for several years and she decided she was moving so we started looking. At first we were not sure if she needed memory care but Brooke wanted us to try. I am so glad that she suggested it. My nanny has since passed due to cancer but Azalea Estates gave nanny the best life her last year. She had so many friends and everyone was her family. They assisted me and my husband through the transition to hospice and notified me if anything was going on. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are phenomenal, on my birthday they had nanny call me. I was so touched that was the first time she had wished me happy birthday in years due to her dementia. They employee many people that handle and work with home health agencies and make sure that your loved one is taken care of all hours of the day. Nanny loved arts, crafts, parties and live entertainment. Her favorite was when the staff would help with make up and hair. Azalea and staff was a gift from the Lord up above for me and my nanny! Thank you all for the love and care you give. This picture of nanny was after her hair and makeup were ready by the staff!

Let me tell you about the staff at Azalea Estates Memory Care unit! We transferred our mother in from a nursing home and luckily enough we were able to get her in an apartment on the memory care unit.
There are no words to describe how caring the staff is, including the executive director, Brooke, and her wellness team. On the weekend, you will see the same individuals taking care of our loved ones and not people doing PRN work. For dementia patients, this is necessary to eliminate confusion. Patients develop a bond with those who take care of them and begin to trust them.
What I love about this place also is it feels like home to my mother. She has an apartment with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette.
The staff is so attentive to her needs and I am finally sleeping well at night, knowing that she is being taken care of and treated like she’s their mother too.
The facility is clean and always smells good! They have everything she needs right there! Trust me when I tell you how happy my family is that she is at Azalea Estates. When we moved her in, my brother said “we should’ve moved her sooner.” He was right!
And I have to thank Shelby, the nurse practitioner, along with Serenity Healthcare for providing her with all the healthcare needs!
Top notch and very classy! There’s a lot of assisted living apartments too for those of you who are interested!

The wonderful staff at azalea has been taking care of my mother for a couple of months now and they are wonderful. They were so patient with my mom when she didn’t want to be there at first. My mom was very mean and they were gracious and forgiving. My mom loves it now and I am so glad they were so kind to her during the early rough days. The food is also very good and mom loves watching the birds out her window. As a visitor it is very easy to get in and out of also. I highly recommend this facility.

No place is perfect, but I can honestly say I am amazed at the excellent care my Dad has received, first in Assisted Living and now more recently in Memory Care. The staff is wonderful, attentive, kind and upbeat. My dad is happy there. I can't imagine anyone having issues with them. All I can say is it must have been under prior ownership or management, because the team there now is great.

I've been an RN for 34 years, and would never let my parents live anywhere else. Everything is very individualized to each person's specific needs, and the staff is continually attentive and goes above and beyond to have a great relationship with everyone who lives there. When I talk to my mother, she describes her day, activities, and food and it sounds like she is on a cruise somewhere. Exceptional place!
