It was a horrible experience. I went in the store to purchase an iPad. I waited 40 minutes. No one came to help. Finally, my sister went to the front desk to see if we can get help we made it waited another 30 minutes. Still no help after an hour and 20 minutes we finally decided to leave as we were leaving the greeter asked us unapologetically we get help? We said no And he had no remorse. It was the worst experience ever. I’ll just purchase online from the Apple Store or go to Shreveport or jackson Mississippi I will never enter that store again.

Ordered a TV from them as a Christmas present. They charged a ridiculous amount for shipping and personally guaranteed it would be here on time. It showed up several days late and the TV was demolished. Best Buy rudely refused to refund me the express shipping charge or send us a replacement TV.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order for an iPad on Saturday as a Christmas present. I went in store Saturday night to try and pick up the order and was told I had to wait on the pick up email. It took them two days just to send a notification saying my order was canceled FOR NO REAL REASON. However my money was returned to my card. I went in store around 2pm to find out what happened and was told they had 26 iPads that morning. However, they sold out. I saw on the screen where it said my order was “manually cancelled”. That means they sold my iPad and canceled my order. The workers were terrible with helping me on both occasions and seemed incompetent. I will never shop here again.

I ordered a PS5 online i don't live in town so i called and someone told me they were in-stock and it was getting pulled. Get to the store and was told it will be ready in 10 minutes. Just to get to the register and it’s out of stock! Waist of time and gas! And not to mention i have to wait to get my money back!

In September, I took my computer in for a repair. The geek squad member told me I would have to look into buying a new computer since the motherboard was damaged. I am a Best Buy membership holder, so I was confused about that remark. My computer’s 2-year warranty has not expired yet. I had to verify my account information several times with the geek squad guy. I feel I was being racially targeted as the geek squad asked me more than enough times for verification.
Anyway, my computer is finally checked in and ready to be sent off. I hadn’t received any updates on the repairs in weeks, so I called Best Buy’s customer support. They informed me that my computer had been lost in transit. From my understanding, it is the store’s, Best Buy Monroe, responsibility to inform customers when problems occur. Best Buy Monroe never said a word to me. I waited about another couple of weeks to get another update and again, nothing. I went to the store to see about getting a credit for my lost product, and the district manager denied my request.
A few days later, I managed to get in contact with a higher up in customer support. She was extremely helpful. A few hours after she emailed Best Buy Monroe about my issue, I got an email from the store telling me my computer has been found. Interesting timing.
I still don’t really know what happened other than my computer had been “lost” for about 2 months. It never made it to the repair center, and I had to go to another store in another state to have the repair done correctly. It took the out-of-state store 2 weeks to have my computer shipped out, repaired, and brought back to me.

Welcome to Best Buy! I purchased a washer during Black Friday and it was delivered today. This is the first time I have been into Best Buy in years & for good reason. I will likely not be returning anytime soon. There was one person working register & the line was 10 deep. Other employees ambling around the store. Our washer purchase came with a $125 gift certificate that no one had any idea how to activate (we were finally able to figure it out on our own after proof of purchase) then we were aggressively told to pull our vehicle to the blue line just outside the storefront and luckily our washer made it on the trailer pictured below in one piece. Not a lot of care was taken for a 4 figure purchase. Unfortunately as soon it was out the door that was all she wrote on customer service. Am extremely disappointed in the customer service & will only be back to Best Buy under dire need. 2/5 🌟

I ordered a selfie stick online for pick up at store and when i went to check on my order they took 1 hr to tell me thats its jot in stock and there inventory messed up and as order online they just want to cancel it. I didn’t get my money back yet on my card. Very poor service. They don’t care about their customers. Asked for manager and he was not even bother to help and just giving nonchalant attitude and walked away. Very very poor customer service and behavior.

I guess they were not in the holiday spirit on my visit. There was no help and I pretty much just found my way to pickup an online order and still didn't know if I was in the right area. Workers were just passing by you so I just stopped one to ask if I was in the right area. A worker noticed the line and came to open up another register. I do not come in this store unless I just have to.

Was in there 30 minutes, no one assisted me or offered to assist. One gentleman even said when I asked for assistance that "it's not his area" and walked off. Do not recommend this location.

This Best Buy has always been hit and miss, and nothing has changed. Went to get a tv from this store and found a nice display model on sale. A TCL QM8. Attempted to buy it and had to wait for half an hour for them to confirm I could indeed purchase it. Then I was told I would not get the stand to the tv or the remote to the tv as they did not keep those in the store because in I quote there was not enough room in the store. We're talking about a warehouse style store mind you. Even that wasn't what soured me on the purchase it was the fact that while I was standing there ignoring them talking. I was intentionally staring at the tv stands and remotes for the tv literally sticking out from underneath the promo stand 🤨. This not the 1st I've had this issue at the specific store. I've literally had to be on the phone with someone from there home office just to purchase a laptop from them. But on top of all that the manager told me they wouldn't even bubble wrap the tv for me. Wasn't gonna take that risk. So I ended up going with another tv instead. Don't get me wrong I love my tv but didn't love the experience of buying it at all. And in top of that you don't even get your reward points for purchasing items anymore unless you use a the Best buy credit card. So it's really not very beneficial to buy anything from them anymore unless I have to.

I came n to get some speakers, Joey called Tyler over and he didn't even have a clue. I bet he didn't he know his own name...he kept yawning and couldn't even talk, I asked him, dude I just need speakers and he gave me the figure, to wait until he could talk. I left and complained to the guy at the front and he said, what do u want me to do, omg....I called the number to talk to the manager, and the girl said, he isn't taking calls right now...me and.my Company will go else where. I went to target and got what I needed. We will not be back...

Horrible customer service! I went in to buy a laptop and couldn't find anyone to help me. After 15 minutes, I decided to leave. On the way out I asked the greeter guy if he knew where in town I could buy a laptop he replied Office Depot. He could have asked something like: You couldn't find what you were looking for? Nothing but crickets so I walked out.
