I've never had a worse experience with Boost Mobile. To start off with, we had to make 2 separate trips because the hours were wrong online so they were closed when we arrived. When we came back, the employee was obviously overwhelmed. He was very short with the customers and wasn't able to offer any help. We waited for 20 minutes easily just to be told that there wasn't anything he could do for us.

On May 9 2022 I purchased two screen protectors and one phone case from Familia wireless depot Boost mobile service. I was asked if paying by cash or card. I replied card. I put card in but machine didn't work. Went to bank and got cash. Mind you I left my phones at the store until I returned because there accessories were on my them.I returned and paid $50.00 for my items. They were baged and ready for me to go. Went home begin reading on one phone untilI had to charge it. Pulled out other phone and realized protector was to small for screen. I returned to the store and bought it to the owners attention and he said it was one for my phone but it clearly wasn't. I remembered an assistant asking if they had the right size for my phone and the owner called out a number for him to use. The protector partially obstructed all first letters on the left. I asked for a refund and was denied several times. Now get this they didn't give me a receipt on first visit so I asked for my receipt and was told by owner I would have to pay extra money for my receipt. I asked him what kind of store he was operating. I suggest everyone that have had problems with this owner or will have problems to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and call Boost Mobile headquarters and file a complaint as soon as you can. I have read his reviews and some are rude and nasty. Have you ever heard of anyone paying more money for a receipt after paying $50.00 for accessories. Never in my life time. I'm thinking about getting a group of customers and picket and demonstrate in front of his store. The owner didn't give me a receipt so therefore I had no knowledge of return policy. The owner said I would have to pay more money to receive a receipt because he didn't charge me taxes. It seems to me he is not paying the city of Monroe Louisiana there share of revenue and not paying his taxes.I left the store without a receipt and unacceptable accessories..

I purchased a phone from this store right before it closed. As soon as I got home I noticed the phone got extremely hot after about 10min of use. I went there the next day trying to explain to the owner what was happening, he immediately insulted my intelligence and was very rude, telling me to get out his store. After not allowing me to talk I became frustrated and slid his paperwork off the counter. He came around the counter and punched me several times in my neck and head and kicked me out the door. Their were witnesses. The police was called. He lied and said I assaulted him. The police asked to see the camera, but he said it was a live feed and he didn't have access to it. He deleted the film shortly after. If you are a poc, I advise you not to go to this location. The treatment from the owner is very different from that of the others. The lady who works there is fair and understanding, but not her boss.( owner) Please stay away. If only boost could know how they treat poc. They really need to send a mystery shopper in with a complaint to see how they will be treated. My suggestion( poc). People like this should not be in business.

Racist and took money from me saying I was paying for 2 months worth of service for Xfinity Prepaid WiFi and now my internet is off after 1 month of service and once I called them they told me to call them and hung up in my face!

I get NO service. Had I known that the coverage was this bad, I never would have went with boost. Sure you get a month of unlimited talk , text , and data....... when you can get a signal.
