I'm a truck driver and delivering water and every time I called to get information on where to park and know how many trucks where in front of me. Angela carter the manager kept hanging up. I called 4 times and every time she hanged up. Not a good look for Brookshires

Not happy with the bakery in this store. My daughter ordered a cookie cake and they told her she couldn't order without paying for it first. That's never happened before bc she has always paid when she picks an order up and when we got the cookie cake, you can barely see the a on the end of the name bc the namw ran into the border icing. Apparently whoever decorated it, didn't know what they were doing or simply just didn't care enough about doing their job.

Clean and friendly cashiers. However if you are looking for frozen cut okra - think again, completely sold out. The pharmacy section is also rather small.

My husband bought a half sheet Birthday cake picked it up on Tuesday we celebrated that Tuesday night the cake was stale old you can tell everyone threw the cake away he didn’t get to take the cake back in the store on Wednesday the next day because his job had called him in to do a delivery next day Thanksgiving any way’s they didn’t refund didn’t try to give a discount or nothing the cake was not fresh when they gave it to him what a shame ☹️ I didn’t want to give them any stars but it won’t let you post unless you give them at least one

I ordered 2 cakes on two different days, the first cake icing was Crack and the second cake icing was crack and cake was hard in the inside, I had to throw the second cake away, they was suppose to refund my money for the second cake but I never receive it, never will I ever go there again
