Had a 6 am appointment, showed up at 5am, was given a door right away, unloaded promptly, was out in a hour. They were very polite. Definitely will come back here again.

2/10/25: No complaints for my 9 am delivery. The two veterans at the guard house gave me a good laugh to start the day. The gentlemen were nice, friendly, and efficient! Got me checked in and a door assigned post haste! 👍🏾The gentleman who I passed my BOL off to inside the warehouse was nice as well. Took about 2 to 3 hours to unload, paid the lumper fee and I was on my way. The unloader even left my trailer clean, so a big 10 stars for that!!

The entrance was very good, the security personnel were attentive and assertive, the unloading and delivery of documents was terrible, 6 hours to download 3 pallets.
Today it went badly for me.

Let you check in early but doesn't mean they'll unload you early...didn't charge too much on a lumper to unload half a trailer. No parking overnight

In at 6:30am out at 730am ? it's just to easy baby!!!! Just to let u know there is a mall parking lot and target parking lot 1.3mi away I parked overnight
