I usually shop at another location because its closer to my house but I stopped by the Desiard St location on yesterday and was very pleased with my experience. The store was very clean and customer service was exceptional. I have low vision and Mr. Theo went above and beyond to help me navigate throughout the store and find exactly what I needed and more. I think I will make this store my new home. Thanks for the great experience!!

This is my go-to bakery there is a lady that works there I think her name is Amy she is so friendly and helpful you always see her with a smile on her face no matter what she always helps me and I'm always satisfied with her service even if it's for something else in another part of the store she'll help me and keep that smile on her face you can tell she enjoys doing what she does and she loves communicating with the customers and to me that's awesome I certainly hope she gets recognized for the good work that she does for this store cuz she deserves it

I Love shopping at this location. The shelves are always fully stocked and it's very clean. There is a very hardworking man (Theo) is his name who I believe has been employed there for a long time that's always available and helpful when I come to shop. He has a great personality and the main reason I continue to shop with Brookshires. As long as the shelves are full and as long as you have great employees like Mr. Theo I will continue to come back.

Manager Trey Burris is an Outstanding manager.
My Daughter’s car had a flat tire, Mr. Trey Burris did not hesitate to assist and put on the spare tire. He was concerned about my Daughter and One month old baby boy Jeremiah, helped quickly with a Smile 😊. Also, the store is always very clean The employees are very polite and helpful. Manager Trey Burris always greets with a smile 😊 eager to help.

I will never set foot back in there again! The minute I walked in I felt the racist vibe I was left a counter at customer service for 5 to 6 minutes no one came up! It was this one casher that was supposed to came to customer service she didn’t wanted to wait on me because it was her lunch break! Finally someone came he didn’t greet me! I have never had this experience before! You have one time to make me feel uncomfortable! I will not be back! Oh also when did they started asking for driver’s licenses to get a money order! I never had to before! I will look into this matter about the driver license policy!
