Nice associates and the store has a variety of unique items to browse, but this pharmacy charges you to use a credit card??? Really, today? Using a credit card is truly a cost of doing business and makes the major chains not so bad after all. Appreciate your customers and not penalize them.

Do not use this place if you need ADHD medication. Use any other pharmacy if you want to be treated with dignity.
The lady on the phone was horrible! She treated my spouse like a drug seeker yesterday because she was calling around to other pharmacies to see if they had her ADHD med in stock, due to a shortage. She was directed to do this by both her doctor and our regular pharmacist.
Absolutely disrespectful behavior.

We had been going to a big name retail pharmacy for years, but switched to Community recently and I wish we had done this years ago. The service is quick and friendly. I love that they deliver and also text you back promptly.

I’ve been getting prescriptions here for almost 2 years now. They are always very fast, have what I need, and have great customer service. Their new building on Forsythe is beautiful too! Much faster and kinder than local CVS and Walgreens.

I had a prescription sent to CP for fill last week and when I went to pick it up, I was told by a pharmacist that it could not be filled because they would lose too much money in filling it for me. The pharmacist also told me that, if I had other prescriptions there, there would be no problem filling my prescription. I had considered to begin transferring my prescriptions to CP from my pharmacy but, after this interaction, I will be keeping my prescriptions at my old pharmacy (which filled the prescription with absolutely no issue). I was so disappointed.

It has been a long time since I have been welcomed at a pharmacy like I have at Community. Seems like years of past when the customer was actually of value and not just a number. Can't day enough good things about the staff. All are very friendly and helpful

Horrible.!!!! I was screamed at by the female pharmacist and the window slammed in my face so hard I thought it would break in my face. Just because I ask a question. It was so bad the two Ladies working the window apologized for her behavior. All I know for sure is her computer system was down all morning and she was mad because that was one thing she was yelling at me and that she was the store manager and the Pharmacist. For years in the health field in this town I have recommended Community Pharmacy because I really believed they were one of the best. I am second guessing that now. Oh then the next month they refused to refill my Rx. Sad really that a business feels they can treat people that way. To many Pharmacies in town for that. As a RN for almost 27 years in the healthcare field in the area I can say this is the first time I have been screamed at by another healthcare professional. Let me add then they sent me a survey to tell how my experience was. Ok.

Best local pharmacy in town. I am always met with a smile and they take care of their patients. If they don’t have medicine in stock it’s there the next day. We are so lucky to have them when we need them.

The service is great and fast and the people are super nice. They keep me informed by text with updates on my prescription and let me know when it is ready. This is a great pharmacy!
