Stood in line to get my prescription and add my insurance, was sent to someone else to add the insurance then asked to give them a few minutes to reprint the papers, next thing it’s been 15 minutes so I ask if I’m supposed to get back in the line which is now halfway through the store and the lady working the pickup told me “ma’am I honestly don’t know what to tell you”

Was in line 45 minutes before getting helped. Started with 5 cars in front of me… it was going fairly quickly until the last car in front of me. They let her sit for THIRTY minutes at the window. There was an issue and they didn’t ask her to come in or pull back around. My four year old was crying to use the bathroom and I was blocked in. After getting to the window it took ten minutes because again I had to wait. The cashier wasn’t friendly, acted oblivious. Usually the gentleman is very friendly, this woman seemed new. Any way, I suppose the Louisville Walgreens traffic has leaked into this CVS. It’s horrible and I’ll be transferring to a new pharmacy.

When someone calls to check on their medications, please stop being rude. It's simple customer service on the phone and if you are not happy with your job, please go to a closed door pharmacy.

This is unfortunately our go-to location for our CVS prescriptions. Depending on time of day, the wait can be up to an hour due to lack of cashiers/employees in the pharmacy.
Mica that works in the pharmacy loves to constantly use her personal phone, at the same time while checking out customers. During last visit, she even said 'excuse me', while pausing the transaction more than once and started pecking away at some travel booking site on her iPhone. This is not a good example of what customer service is supposed to look like.
Added 1 extra star because, as a company, we continue to trust CVS / Caremark for our 90-day prescriptions.

I just wrote a full page essay now I have to come on this site just to say the same thing again, I do not wish to work 10 hours at my own job that pays me just to come in and constantly have to do CVS on 165 North Sterlington Rd in Monroe La associates job, I don’t work for CVS, self checkout has really enabled your associates to not want to work and they see to it that they don’t, I don’t need a door greeter to greet me I need the ACTUAL persons that work there to do their job and check customers out, I don’t need you looking at me while I do your work for you, and it’s this one white whose very rude every time I shop with CVS, I don’t know if he’s a team lead or manager or what not I don’t care what he is, he does the same thing, “um, self check out is available, “lol” he no better than the rest of the associates, I see why the regular feel as if they don’t have to do any work the one “in charge” doesn’t so why should they feel like they have to, I tell you what to do, get rid of the registers and the employees at the front end and just keep the self check, I see no harm in that, be that we the customers do their job for them anyway, I hope the pharmacy does not pick up these traits otherwise I see a closing going out of business for CVS in the near future, your employees get “paid” to work, enforce that they actual do their job, CHECK/RING your customers items out at the registr!!!!! We’re CUSTOMERS, NOT EMPLOYEES!!!!!!

My Doc called ahead to make sure they had my medicine I needed before I wasted a trip for nothing. They concurred that they did have my medication; while I was standing right there. Yet, after I drove out of my way wasting precious daylight. When I got there; I had to stand in line only to be told that they had none there. That they could order it, and for me to come back tomorrow. Then on top of everything else; the Lady was just rude!! ?

I will be transferring my script just as soon as they open tomorrow ! I remember now why I don’t use them. HORRIBLE service ! Cocky is an understatement.

It would be helpful if they had open times listed on the door so I didn't bother even getting out of my vehicle.

They need to fire one guy in the pharmacy. I won't mention the description of him but he's many times rude to my husband and me.

This CVS & it’s employees go above & beyond to satisfy customers. You could see how tough it was during Covid, they worked through it very professionally. Thanks

Not helpful and leave you on hold never coming back. They also seem to not carry a lot of meds. Tried to get my son's Rx for antibiotic and decongestant and they didn't have them, didn't offer to check other CVSs just told me to call around. Go elsewhere.
