My husband and I were shopping for our son’s wedding. Although, we didn't find a suit Gabby was absolutely fabulous helping us find clothes for the rehearsal dinner. She stayed with us the entire time, going to different departments finding different sizes, belts even shoes. She was engaging, funny and made the whole experience enjoyable. Thank you, Gabby. .

The worst customer service. I was looking for a pair of shoe's for a wedding. Not 1 single person in the shoe department acknowledged me. It wasn’t no one in the store. It was like 3 or 4 sales associates working. I decided to take my business elsewhere. It was around 5:30 March 7 2025.

Today i went to this place, and the staff of chanel perfume was dissapointed me a lot with so bad attitude even though i was bought 1 bottle of perfume
You sell good product does not make you better
It’s been a very long time since the last time i came here, but maybe i will never comeback that store again

Customer service was poor cashier 1 tried to help me but had to send me to the womens section cashier 2 tried to tell me I was in the wrong department but I told her no one was in that department that's why I came over here finally the manager stepped in so I could return my items.

I purchased a pair of red Antonio Melani heels from Dillards. The shoes are so beautiful, so I decided to purchase an additional pair in another color (brown). All sales staff were very attentive to my needs, offered additional selections, and helped me select the perfect fit. If the shoe is not available at the store, they will offer to order the shoe from the website. I love the quick shipping. I am pleased with my purchase and the assistance of the salespeople.
I returned a month later. There was a winter sale on many items. As usual, the sales staff was warm & welcoming.

Quality of goods seemed to have improved since the last time I was in Dillard's. At least in Monroe Pecanland Mall.

Worst customer service ever experienced with a dillards. No one knew what they were doing from floor staff to store manager. After that terrible experience still did not get refund after three weeks. Called store stayed on hold 45 min. Ended up having to contact regional manager.

The associates are always so unfriendly at this location. They just stand around talking but there are certain customers they hurry to assist. I'd rather take the two hour ride elsewhere to visit another store.
