I went for a mani/pedi & opted out of the mani because the pedi was so poorly done. I've never had a worse experience. It was so bad that begged them to remove the polish so I could redo it at home. While a second woman reapplied the polish for me, the whole pedicure (start to finish) was a complete waste of time & money. The people are nice enough, but clearly lack training & experience.

Received a acrylic refill and Gel Polish. Acrylic was fine but 2 to 3 days later my polish is coming off my nails and the top of my nails looks awful.

I got a gel pedicure that was the worse job I ever had done and they said they couldn't draw a design. I gave one star because the chair massager was the best I ever had.

I went in on Saturday with my daughter, my nails are absolutely beautiful. The nail techs, the owner and his daughter do an amazing job. They are courteous, professional and affordable. I will continue to come to this nail salon for my pedicures and manicures.

I went in and got nails and gel polish. My gel started pealing off two days later. I called and spoke with Henry who told me that i needed to come back that day. I told him the polish didnt start peeling until 2 days later. He got upset and yelled at me. They will never get another dime from me nor my friends and family. I will tell anyone. Do not get the gel its out dated and no good. And they will still charge the regular price. Just greedy!!

Love their massage chairs! 1st time coming, I had a pedicure with gel polish. The girls did a great job! The pricing was the best I have seen in Monroe/West Monroe. Will become a repeat customer.
