I called them and asked if I could pick my large shipment up and they happily told me it was in the bay ready to go out. Showed up and they helped me load it.

Fed ex freight has the rudest woman I have spoken to. Just has an attitude for no reason. Fed ex ground is always friendly in the office and on the truck. Must be different management between the two

FedEx? More like Fed Up!Two days in a row my package was placed on the FedEx truck. Two days in a row my package went out for delivery. Two days in a row my package returned to the facility undelivered. Both days there was someone home the entire day. I could've drove To California and picked the package up myself and been back to the house with a day spare and I still don't have my package.

FedEx screwed up my delivery then I could not go to the depot to pick it up because they don't allow that at the Ground location. Tracking said it would be delivered by end of day according to my notifications on my phone. It still did not go out the following day and would be delivered the next day. To get it changed to another location it would have to be returned to vendor and resent. Good thing it's is not a rush order.
