  Came in for brakes. Was told I needed pads and rotors and it would be $1300.00. I said no to the rotors just the pads which they told me would not be under warranty since I refused the rotors. I told them I would go somewhere else. When i was ready to leave I saw they had my hood up. I wanted to know why...They told me that they filled the washer fluid. I was very upset bevause I never asked for more than my brakes. They thought they had a dumb female walk in...they were wrong

  The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, you can easily schedule an appointment online, and Firestone's lifetime alignment is the best deal in auto repair!

  I called several times over the past 4 days. Finally this morning someone picked up the phone. Let them know I needed to make an appointment to get an alignment done on my truck. Was told not a problem and they asked when. I said that I needed it done today if possible since I had a small road trip tomorrow. I also explained that I worked just down the road from the shop and could be there as early as a couple minutes past 3. Was informed that would not be a problem and they would get it done as soon as I got there I didn’t even need to make an appointment. Got there this afternoon just after three. As I walked in I noticed the shop wasn’t all that busy and inside there were 3 people on their personal cell phones behind the counter. Once they acknowledged me I told them I just needed an alignment and that I had called and was told to just come in. They told me that it wouldn’t get done until end of the week. I said that wouldn’t work because it was the only vehicle I had and I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. I also informed them that I called to make an appointment and was told that I didn’t need one it wouldn’t be a problem to get it in at three. They said it wouldn’t get done until 6 pm at the earliest and that making a would’ve been better. I said that was ridiculous since I was told by their employee that it would get done as soon as I got there and I didn’t need an appointment.
  
  This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this Firestone location. I thought that the first two times maybe it was just bad timing. However, I’m done. I am fed up with the lack of professionalism, care, work ethic, or follow through and integrity at this location.

  Had a screw in my tire that i wanted removed and patched…They got it done during the week on my lunch break and i made it back to work on time. A few days later i needed a diag and a fix for my horn and TJ at the front desk provided excellent service and Jim the mechanic displayed just how good of a mechanic he is and got it fixed up within about 20mins. Fair price and good work done. Im satisfied.

  Dropped work vehicle off Friday at 11:30 for simple oil change and brake light bulb change. Never heard anything so checked back at 3:30. Was told still waiting on approval (MyWheels Fleet). Called Wheels and was told approval went through at 11:54. Called back and they said it still showed as pending. I told them Wheels had approved it hours ago and they even gave me the approval code. Instead of offering to call Wheels to get it handled they told me I should call Wheels back. I called Wheels back and they offered to call the store and fix it. Finally got it over to them at close. Never heard from anyone Saturday so went by close to 3:00. Truck in same spot I parked it. Was told it'd be Sunday before they could get it in for an OIL CHANGE AND A BULB!!! Finally got it back Sunday at about 1:00. After they tried to get me to add 4 new tires to the order (was not adding anything after waiting that long for something simple as an oil change). I missed a day of work because the truck was sitting outside for 2 days for no reason! Ridiculous!

  Was greeted upon arrival. Very efficient and courteous. Listened to what my needs were for my vehicle and they performed them in a timely matter. Took aboit 4 hrs after I dropped car off at 8:00am. Appreciate their service amd customer care!

  Absolutely phenomenal service! We were traveling back home to Lafayette on a Sunday and unfortunately had a flat tire—talk about bad timing. Luckily, we found Lennon at Firestone, and he truly saved the day. Not only was he super nice, but he prioritized our situation, understanding how stressful it was for us. The speed and efficiency with which they handled everything was amazing! Despite being a busy day, Lennon went above and beyond to ensure we were back on the road quickly. We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service we received. Thank you, Lennon and the Firestone team!

  Only had 1 tire tech working and had to wait 4.5 hours to get 4 new tires put on.

  They didn't do what I brought the car there for. I brought my daughters car in for 2 new tires, an alignment and for them to inspect the front end because the passenger rim was leaning in. I wait 3 days and no one called. I call them and the said the inspected it and it didn't need anything else. I went to pick it up and the rim was still leaning inwards. I told them they could not have inspected it proper. So, Lennon said he would personally look at it and come to find out it needed everything replaced on the front end.

  I would give this place -10 if it was an option.
  The man behind the counter was extremely rude and it was obvious he didn’t want to help me one bit . This company lost a customer. Good year next door gain my business.
  They were very professional, polite and helped me out immediately.
  I will continue my oil changes with good year .
