The cookie quality has gotten to be ridiculous. No taste, paper thin, and the icing have no flavor. On top of all that, you are charging an art fee! After all these years of us coming to you, this has gotten downright sorry.

I will never order another custom cake from Great American Cookies again. 1. The employees were so rude and it took a solid 4 minutes of us standing there for one girl to look up from her phone to greet us. Then this same girl texted, touched frosting, texted again, and went back to making cakes. That's disgusting. Wash your hands at least in the presence of customers. 2. The cake is not at all what I asked for. The cake is for a girl graduating esthetics school so I specifically asked for lashes, brows, and lipstick on the cake. She does professional makeup and lash extensions. I don't know what these pathetic squares are with circles or why there are scissors on the cake. You can hardly read her name and some of the icons are right on top of each other (lipstick and scissors) But we are mad and disappointed. Our beauty school always orders from here, but we won't be anymore. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with both staff and cake expectations. This location needs to get it together.

I looked pass the negative reviews and low rating this place has and decided to give them a try. I basically gave this company $40.00 “free” because in return I got a pitiful cookie cake.I placed this order on Sunday morning, asked for it to be done by 1PM on Monday- 10/24/22. Let me just say I was in the mall shopping and finished early I stopped just to see if it would be ready early. 11:43AM to be exact the cake was done! Ok, so we get to the house and I’m noticing how cold and hard the icing and cake is. I called and asked for a manger or supervisor. I was told one wasn’t available. Spoke with a gentleman who actually told me “this cake was made on Sunday and placed in a refrigerator”! This really made me upset because previously I was told they make these cakes “fresh” that was a lie! This was a disaster and disgrace on this company. The cookie cake didn’t even taste good, there wasn’t anything moist or soft about this cake, it was very displeasing. I can assure you if you see the negative remarks and ratings stay away! I should have done that in the beginning. All businesses are becoming alike and scheming money out of honest people, if we pay you for something you should follow through and serve us with the best! It was a first and last time for us here.

35 cent commodity charge on top of the $7 for two cookies? It wasn’t a tax… but just another way for the company to make money? Cookies weren’t that great either; undercooked/raw and almost flavorless aside from sickly sweet. Wouldn’t try again.

Very disappointed in our overpriced Valentines cookie from Great American. The cookie and frosting were so DRY! It tasted like it was made several days before!

I am visiting family from out of town (Arizona to be exact). I can’t believe the customer service was so poor. Yelling at customers “that ain’t ready, pick something else.” I was personally rushed to order, by the CSR as he persisted to move his finger in a circle in the air, as if to tell me to hurry and make up my mind. The product itself was good, and the young lady at the register was nice, which earned the 2 stars. But the 1 obviously less than stellar CSR should take a class on customer service and they should work on personal appearance. Sagging pants and serving food is not appealing.

Really surprised at the prices. They do not have the prices out anywhere and one double doozie was $3.99. The regular chocolate chip medium size cookie was 2 bucks. Crazy!!! It would be different if they had the prices posted.

The nerve of some corporations To keep running their business! when their store manager possibly has Covid. Does not tell the employees that her husband possibly had Covid And continue to work with no mask on spreading it to the other employees possibly. what would you do if you were running a corporation and your store manager did this shame on your great American cookie company for forcing your employees to run your business. while possibly Spreading it not only to other employees but to you’re supposed loyal customers. so thank you for threatening not only your employees live but your customers lives as well.
