DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!! I called today to inquire about a print out for a t shirt. I started the convo by saying hey how are you. The guy on the phone responded “That’s not a question that you need to be asking what do you want what do you want”. That is not how you talk to a potential customer or anyone at all. RUDENESS AT ITS FINENESS!! I refuse to spend my hard earned dollar with a business as such.

Called & tried to see if they did DTF prints , the guy answered the phone I as always I ask someone how are they doing when I answer the phone , he proceeded to say thats not a question to ask me .. how can I help you? So I said excuse me because I really couldn’t believe he even said that he repeated himself saying how can I help you , I hung up and told him he was very rude ! I wouldn’t dare spend my hard earned money here with that type of attitude! Rude rude rude business, it’s like as soon as he recognized my voice as another race than white he instantly didn’t want to talk. RACIST!!!

I came to HD Graphics in crisis mode one evening. Gary was absolutely phenomenal! He was very patient. He explained the printing process to me and began my order as soon as he had an opening. He provided a sample before I left and the work was excellent. In addition, the pricing was very affordable. As a small business woman, that was extremely important and helpful for me! I will be back!
