Once this company did a decent job but this time, HORRIBLE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY LOST THEIR PAINTER. They are no longer in my allstate insurance preferred. (Of course no one told me that before I took it this second time, including my insurance on the phone setting it up). They Lied to my insurance company and said they told me they were no longer in network. That was a lie.
Just picked it up for the 3rd try at getting it right, still bad plus they damaged the black piece under the bumper. Allowed something to eat into it. Paint doesn't go all the way over the top edge, no clear coat all the way up. They actually buffed into the thin paint at the top near the windshield. (This has been checked by a second body shop)
The paint is still off color. The finish is not smooth. The second try they left it dull in the middle of the hood. I picked it up the 3rd time with flakes all over the bottom of the windshield from the buffing. I was told if it is not removed quickly it would take scraping to remove it. The pics are from the first bad match, missed the second pictures due to the guy grabbing my key and just left, saying there was nothing wrong with it. They painted again and this is when they ruined the black piece under the bumper. I see why I was told their business has gotten really slow. It is going to cost $1000 to get my leased car right. Oh and I was told by them to file their damage on my insurance. The second time I took it back, the guy said the paint was right when it left the first time. (2 weeks earlier after 1st job! )I'm checking into what I can do legally. I'm warning you, If you want it done right, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
You can see painted over chips, on the fender that wasn't even supposed to be painted. Rock truck sprayed me. You can see ripples where the paint is not smooth. You can see the black part, part of the grill, under the painted part of the bumper edge is ruined. Has to be replaced.
The second shop said the bumper isn't even seated correctly. The hood is not lined up for the second time.

The absolute worst customer service! They get attitudes when you call to check the status of your car, all the workers are always late, and can’t even give you an estimated time frame for which your car will be done. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, they’ve had my car for over a month for a front bumper repair and coolant leak. The business management is horrible!

I took my vehicle in for repairs. This is a preferred body shop for Progressive . Don’t make the same mistake, very poor painting quality !

Per Progressive, I agreed to have my husband's vehicle towed to elite for an insurance claim. They've had the vehicle for weeks and completed work that was not authorized by Progressive. I literally found out about a week ago that my husband's truck was sent, by elite, to the dealership for additional work. I was never given an option on said repairs and they are attempting to collect over $600 for work that was not authorized by Progressive or myself.

Auto Elite has a very friendly atmosphere and all the staff treat you with respect and understanding of your vehicle situation or issue.
I’m very pleased with the work they did on my vehicle and would have them do any repairs in the future if needed.
They also finish repairs in less than a week.

Amazing work! My suv is 14 years old and the door was scratched from my brother’s German Shepard- they buffed out the scratches and it looks like a new paint job even though the door wasn’t damaged in the estimate- very polite and promptly replied
