Workers are hella rude in person and via the phone. They have the best bum bumz selection around which is the ONLY reason I will be returning and the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. I do not recommend calling them for any reason, talking to the employees, or trying to pickup in store because the employees are so rude. If some other store started selling the stuffies I'd never go again. And like another review said, it's literally become emo Claire's. So if your going for the goth fashion, they definitely have options, but Spencer's may be a better store.

They have cute stuff although it’s expensive. The girl was nice enough until it came time to ask for my number at check out and I didn’t want to give it. All of a sudden she had a huge attitude and was rude since I didn’t want to give my number. When I tried to explain why she just cut me off. Management must be pushing employees for phone numbers but they shouldn’t bc they obviously can’t handle it when they’re told no.

I had to exchange some clothes and was lucky enough to find some cute skirts that were super cheap on sale. There's so many cool things to be found at hot topic. I only removed a star because one of the managers wasn't very nice. He didn't seem happy to be there or happy to assist me. Thankfully, despite his lack of happiness, everything was handled correctly and I was out the store with my new clothes quickly! Can't complain too much.
