I thought I was going to some good people but it turned out I was wrong. Gotten a truck from them for 3 months now and already needs a new transmission. Been respectful an nice towards them by asking for a trade in or my down payment back. He said I will have to put a whole down payment down again in order to do a trade in. Mind you I only had it 3 months. Another down payment an only having it 3 months plus a new transmission is ridiculous. I will not recommend going here. I thought they were good people but it’s not right to sell a vehicle with so many major problems. PLEASE GET A MECHANIC BEFORE GETTING A VEHICLE FROM HERE. I made a major mistake ‼️‼️‼️

I called Cindy and told her I was looking for a car for my daughter and within days we walked in the dealership and it was hers!! I don’t know all the salesman that work there but I know Cindy and John went above and beyond to help me get my daughter in a car!! Any questions or concerns I had they jumped on it to get me answers!! Everyone that works at Integrity were so kind and even surprised my daughter when we went to the dealership!! Thank y’all so much! We will be back!!

They've really taken care of me and my family. They made sure we got a vehicle we loved & fits our big family for the amount we had + an awesome warranty. It wouldn't crank Wednesday in the rain, so John drove from shreveport to charge the battery. We followed him back to the dealership & he had our battery replaced as quickly as possible. Our key remote crapped out so he ordered us a new one. They really treat you right & make you feel like family.

Went from a 5 star to 0 star because of trying to take advantage of my situation. Never seen a dealer mark up the price on a vehicle a vehicle by $3610. Price advertised for 14,990 but when the paperwork was given vehicle was 18,600. Questioned my salesman about the markup to which he stated that the manager told him due to my situation the bank would charge a fee for those in BK so it didn’t matter, then tried to justify talking about it comes with a Berliner that was even on the truck. In business or in general details and honesty matter because had the paperwork been drawn up at the price advertised for it would’ve been driven off the lot the same day. 2nd time a small time dealer in the area tried to pull a stint like this but one knows when to walk away

Have bought a couple of vehicles from John Salazar and have been respectfully treated by all that work there and they're always there to help. John has gone the extra mile helping me find the right vehicles and will continue buying from him. I trust him!

I got a 2009 Chevy cobalt from them, at the time I had a pretty bad credit score, and a few grand to put down. They were patient with me, and they really helped to guide me to the vehicle in my budget the best suited me. Super excited with my purchase, I will buy from them again!

I buy a truck from it was pretty good only thing could had better battery it died less than a few weeks and 12 plugs didn't work other that and title took like month almost to come in other that was pretty good truck I trade it for the car I have now
